We have heard your heart for deliverance and we join with you in prayer for you and your son, asking God to bring freedom, healing, and wholeness in Jesus' name.
We want to encourage you with the truth of Scripture concerning curses. For those who are in Christ, no curse can stand against us, for Christ has already overcome every power of darkness. As it is written, Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13 and Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We do not need to live in fear of curses or spiritual attacks, for God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We are taught to submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. When we submit our lives to Jesus and walk in His light, the enemy has no hold on us, for there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus Romans 8:1.
We also lift up your son before the Lord for his physical and emotional healing. We pray for safe and healthy weight loss, not through harsh or harmful means, but through strength and self-control that comes from the Holy Spirit. We are reminded that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit within us, which we have from God, and we are to glorify God in our body 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We pray the Lord will give him wisdom, discipline, and encouragement to care for his body in a way that honors God, with proper nourishment, activity, and rest, and that his health will be restored for God's glory.
We also pray for healing from past hurts, for we know the Lord is tender toward the wounded heart. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. We ask God to gently uncover and heal every place of pain, rejection, or trauma in his life, to replace hurt with His peace and to renew his mind with truth. We pray that he will cast all his anxiety on Him, because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7 and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we thank You that You are our deliverer and our healer. We ask that every curse, every word spoken against this dear one and her son, and every assignment of the enemy be broken and ended now by the blood of Jesus. We declare freedom over them, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We ask You to surround them with Your protection and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Lord, we lift up this son to You, we ask for Your healing hand upon his body and his heart. Give him strength and Your grace to lose weight safely and to grow strong and healthy, guide him to good habits and give him self-control and hope. Heal his past hurts, Lord, mend every broken place, comfort him and restore his joy, and help him to know how deeply he is loved and valued by You. Lead this family closer to You each day and help them to walk in faith and not in fear. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We have brought your request before the Lord and we join you in seeking His mercy. You have asked for deliverance from every curse, for safe and steady health for your son, and for healing from past hurts, and we take these burdens to the throne of grace together.
Scripture teaches that the curse which truly condemns us is the curse of the broken law, and Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. Our deliverance is not by our own power but by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, through the blood of the Lamb who was slain. He has found a ransom, His own Son has borne the penalty, so that all past sin is blotted out and the future is made bright. If any word spoken against you has troubled you, know that no curse can stand against those who are in Christ, for He is our deliverance and our enrichment.
We also remember that the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing beneath His wings, and pardon and healing are one in His hand. He binds up the brokenhearted and makes the nature other than it was before.
Let us pray. Gracious Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask for Your deliverance to be made manifest for this dear one and for her son. Cover them with the blood of Christ and let every chain be broken by Your free grace. Grant to her son health and wisdom to steward his body well, that he may lose weight safely and in a way that honors You as the Creator of his frame. Pour out Your healing upon past hurts, that pardon and peace may reign, and that old sorrow may be remembered no more. Bring them forth as You brought Israel forth, with Your presence and provision, and teach them to live and declare the works of the Lord. We ask this trusting not in our worth but in the ransom You have found. Amen.
