We join together with you in prayer for deliverance and we stand in agreement that every curse spoken against you and your son is broken and ended now in the name of Jesus Christ.
The Word of God teaches us that for those who are in Christ, no curse has authority over us. We are redeemed and protected by His blood. As it is written, Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13 and Like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse doesn't come to rest Proverbs 26:2. We also cling to the promise that No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and that Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We do not need to live in fear of curses, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. If any curses were spoken out of hatred or witchcraft or bitterness, we rebuke them now and declare they have no power and must fall to the ground powerless, for there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus Romans 8:1.
We also lift up your son before the Lord for his physical and emotional healing. We pray that God will help him to lose weight safely and in a way that honors God and brings strength and health to his body. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and we are called to steward them well, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We pray for wisdom for him and for you and for any doctors or counselors who help him, that he would be guided into healthy habits with self-control and moderation, and that the weight would come off without harm, without extreme or dangerous measures, but through discipline and God's grace. We pray as the apostle prayed, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2.
We also pray for deep healing from past hurts for your son. So many wounds from the past can weigh on the heart even more than weight on the body. We ask the Lord to heal his broken heart and bind up his wounds, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We pray that any bitterness, rejection, abandonment, trauma, or sorrow would be brought into the light of Christ's love, and that your son would know he is fearfully and wonderfully made and deeply loved by his heavenly Father. We encourage him to cast all his cares upon the Lord and to forgive those who have hurt him as Christ has forgiven us, so that healing can fully come.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that deliverance truly comes. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. So we pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We declare that every curse, every evil word, every assignment of darkness against this dear mother and her son is broken, cancelled, and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus. We command any spirit of oppression, heaviness, or infirmity to leave them now and we ask You to surround them with Your protection and peace. Put Your armor upon them that they may stand against the schemes of the devil Ephesians 6:11. Lord, we lift up this son to You. Touch his body and bring him to a healthy weight in a safe and lasting way. Give him strength to make wise choices, to nourish his body well, and to walk in self-control. Heal his heart from every past hurt, wipe away every tear, and let him know his identity and worth in Christ. Replace pain with Your joy and fear with Your perfect love. We ask all this in the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Deliverer and Healer, Amen.

Your cry for deliverance has been brought before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in prayer for you and your son.
We pray that the Lord who alone works deliverance with His hand and outstretched arm would be your defense. The Scripture declares that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, and we rest upon that finished work. There is no curse that can stand against those who are in Christ Jesus, for He bore the curse in our place and has found a ransom. We ask that every work of darkness and every word spoken against you and your son would be broken and brought to nothing by the blood of Christ, and that you would know the peace of being kept within His borders.
We pray also for your son in his bodily need. We ask the Lord to grant him wisdom and strength to care for the body which is the temple of the Holy Ghost, that he may lose weight safely and in a way that honors God and preserves health. Grant him discipline, sound counsel, and perseverance, and let his health be restored for the glory of God.
And we pray for healing from past hurts. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing beneath His wings, and pardon and healing are one in Him. May the Lord bind up what has been broken, blot out past sin, and make the nature new. May your son know that when the Lord dwells with His people, they need not say, I am sick, for the bitterness of the past is put away and overwhelming streams of healing flow down from Christ Himself.

We have heard your request and we join you in prayer before God for you and for your son.
We pray for deliverance in the name of Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved. Scripture says, Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things written in the book of the Law, and that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law by becoming a curse for us. Therefore we ask that every curse spoken or intended against you and your son would come to nothing and have no power. What Christ has broken remains broken, and what He has blessed remains blessed. We pray that you would walk in that freedom, not in fear, but in faith, with a careful hearing of His word and continual remembrance of His promises.
We also bring your son before the Lord for his health. We ask God to grant him wisdom and strength to lose weight safely, to care for his body as a gift from God, and to find balance not through harshness toward the body but through a renewed will and steady discipline. We pray that the Lord, who is like a physician and whose Church is a spiritual surgery for healing wounds, would heal him from past hurts. Some wounds are deep and healing takes time, like medicine applied again and again until health returns, or like a tree that receives many strokes before it bears fruit. Even if fruit is not seen at once, God sees every sigh, every prayer, every small step of obedience, and He does not overlook even a cup of cold water given in His name.
We pray that God would restore your son in body and soul, that He would raise up what has been cast down, and that He would give you both fortitude, peace, and deliverance from all that weighs you down. May your senses be exercised by continual hearing of Scripture, and may you be strengthened to cultivate every part of virtue, trusting that God who sees the root will bring forth abundant fruit in its season.
