We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for deliverance and healing. Father God, we acknowledge that You are the ultimate healer, deliverer, and restorer. We stand in the authority of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who came to break every chain and set the captives free. There is power in the name of Jesus to break every curse and to bring healing to the brokenhearted.

We rebuke every curse that has been spoken against and her son in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word of God declares in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" We declare that no curse formed against them shall prosper, for they are covered by the blood of Jesus. Every word spoken against them that does not align with Your Word, Lord, we command it to be nullified and rendered powerless. We break every generational curse, every word of witchcraft, and every evil pronouncement in Jesus' name. Let Your light shine into every dark place, and let Your truth reign in their lives.

Lord, we also lift up ’s son, asking for Your divine intervention in his physical health. We pray for safe and sustainable weight loss, not by the world’s standards, but by Your wisdom and guidance. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." We pray that he would honor You with his body, seeking Your strength and discipline to make choices that lead to health and wholeness. Provide him with wisdom in his diet, energy for exercise, and a heart that desires to care for the temple You have given him.

Father, we also bring before You the hurts of the past that may be weighing on his heart. You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You would heal every wound, mend every broken place, and replace every lie with Your truth. Help him to release bitterness, unforgiveness, and pain, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let him know that You are his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround him with godly influences who will speak life and encouragement into his journey.

We also want to gently remind both and her son of the importance of walking closely with You, Lord. Salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If they have not yet surrendered their lives to You, we pray that they would do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Let them experience the fullness of Your love, grace, and deliverance.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who has overcome the world and broken every chain. May Your will be done in their lives, and may they walk in the freedom and healing that only You can provide. Amen.

We hear the weight you are carrying for your son, and we are glad to stand with you in prayer. It is good that you are bringing him before the Lord for protection, healing, and wisdom.

We are asking the Lord to break every curse spoken against him, and to end any pattern or word that has been used to bring harm. That kind of spiritual burden is real, and you are right not to ignore it. At the same time, we pray your son would know deep in his spirit that no curse has the final say over a life surrendered to Jesus Christ.

For the weight loss, we ask for steady, safe progress, not a quick fix. It may help him to talk with a doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes, so his body is cared for well and he is not left guessing alone. For the past hurts, we pray the Lord would bring patient, unhurried healing, and that your son would have a trusted pastor or Christian counselor to walk with him as old wounds surface.

Lord Jesus, we bring this son before You. Break every curse spoken against him, and silence every voice of shame or defeat. Give him safe, healthy weight loss and wisdom to care for the body You gave him. Heal the hurts he still carries, and surround him with people who reflect Your kindness. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Let us bring this request before the throne of grace. The Lord has said, I have found a ransom, and by that ransom every curse is ended for those who are in Christ Jesus. We pray that any curse spoken against this son may be utterly broken, for Christ was made a curse for us, and He has redeemed us from the curse of the law. There is no curse left for those whom the Son has set free. We ask that the power of any evil word be dissolved by the blood of the Lamb, which speaks better things than that of Abel.

For the son’s body, we pray for safe and steady loss of weight, that this fleshly discipline might be carried out with wisdom and not harm. But more than the body, we pray for the healing of past hurts. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations; may this young man eat of those leaves and find that the least thing about Christ is healing. The Lord who healed the sick of the palsy first said, Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you. Pardon and healing are one. We ask that the Sun of Righteousness rise with healing in His wings upon his soul, that old wounds be bound up, and that he may forget the reproach of his past.

Deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from its guilt. We look to the heavenly Father alone for sanctification and healing. May this son be delivered from every snare, and may he live, not to die, but to declare the works of the Lord. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who was made a curse for us, that the blessing of Abraham might come upon this household.

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. The curse you fear has already been met by Christ. The Law says, Cursed is every one who does not continue in all things written in the book. No one has kept the whole Law, so all were under that curse. But Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. He had done no violence, and no deceit was in His mouth, yet He took the curse of the tree to remove the curse from us. Therefore I ask the Lord to end every curse spoken against you and your son now, not because such words have power of their own, but because Christ has power over them. The deliverance you seek is found in clinging to Him.

For his body, ask God for temperance and a safe, gradual loss of weight. Do not let him pursue the body's change through vanity or harshness. The body is a servant to be disciplined with wisdom, not destroyed. For the hurts of the past, bring them to the Physician of souls. Do not curse those who wounded him. If you do, you bear the labor but lose the reward. Christ on the cross said, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. If you want healing, forgive and entrust the wounds to Him.

May the Lord grant you and your son deliverance from every curse through the cross, steady health of body, and the healing of hidden wounds through the Spirit of adoption. He became a curse for us so that we might receive sonship. In Him you are not bound.

Thank you for sharing this burden for prayer. We are joining you in asking God for deliverance, for health, and for deep healing in your family.

Scripture helps us understand what curses are. When God gave His covenant, the blessings for obeying His voice and the curses for turning away were spoken plainly, one mountain for blessing and the other for cursing, and the people were to answer Amen, acknowledging that God is right and just in what He says. The curses described are not random spells that others can put on you, but the serious consequences that pursue and overtake a life that shuns the voice of God and breaks His commands. The Bible spends much more time warning about those consequences than describing the blessings, to show how serious disobedience is.

The good news is that Jesus Christ has borne the curse for us. He carried our infirmities and sicknesses, as Isaiah foretold, and through His death and resurrection He redeems us from the curse so we can walk in forgiveness and in the blessing of obedience. So we do not pray from fear as if you are trapped under someone else's words, but from confidence that in Christ you can be set free to hearken to the Lord and walk in His ways.

We are praying for you and your son in that way, that any influence of sin, disobedience, or oppression would be broken in Jesus' name, and that you both would know the protection and peace that comes from belonging to Him and keeping His commands.

We also lift up your son's health. We pray that God would grant him a safe and steady path toward a healthy weight, with wisdom for any medical counsel, with self control and strength for daily choices, and with patience in the process. The Lord heals in different ways. Sometimes He heals instantly with a touch or a word, and sometimes He heals gradually through the ordinary processes He Himself created in our bodies. Both are divine, because He is the author of all healing. Whether the healing is physical or inner, we trust Him who is not bound to one pattern but who is faithful to restore.

And we pray for healing from past hurts. Past wounds can keep a person living in what has already happened, rehearsing how others have wronged them, and that keeps the heart from moving forward. Scripture teaches us to count even the painful past as loss compared to knowing Christ, to forget what lies behind in the sense of not being controlled by it, and to press forward to what God has ahead. God heals not only the body but also the mind and emotions. He can heal the scars and wounds that remain from earlier experiences and bring wholeness where there has been hurt.

Let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for deliverance for this family. Break the power of every curse and every consequence of sin, and let them walk in the freedom Christ purchased. Cover this son with Your mercy, guide him to safe and healthy ways to care for his body, and give him encouragement day by day. Heal his heart from past hurts and heal this family from every wound, whether it is physical, emotional, or spiritual. Help them to leave the past in Your hands and to follow You with whole hearts, trusting that You who bore our infirmities are able to make whole. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
