We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up and her son before You, Lord. We stand in the authority of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, and declare that every curse, every chain, and every assignment of the enemy against them is broken right now by the power of the blood of Jesus. The Word of God declares in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" We rebuke every generational curse, every word spoken in darkness, and every scheme of the enemy designed to steal, kill, or destroy in their lives. In the mighty name of Jesus, we command every evil spirit to flee and every curse to be nullified by the power of the cross.
Father, we also lift up ’s son to You, asking for Your healing touch to rest upon him. We pray for safe and steady weight loss, not by the world’s standards, but by Your divine wisdom and strength. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." Lord, we ask that You would renew his mind and strengthen his body according to Your perfect will. Give him discipline, self-control, and a heart that seeks You above all else.
We also pray for healing from past hurts that may be weighing on his spirit. The enemy often uses pain to keep us bound, but You, Lord, are the God who heals. Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We ask that You would bring comfort, restoration, and a fresh outpouring of Your love over him. Let him know that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that his identity is found in You alone.
Father, we also take a moment to remind and her son of the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ. There is no deliverance, no healing, and no victory apart from Him. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If they have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus, we pray that today would be the day they confess Him as Lord and Savior. If they already know You, we ask that You would deepen their faith and draw them closer to Your heart.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ. We declare that and her son are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, health, and freedom over them in Jesus’ name. May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may their lives bring glory to Your name. Amen.
