We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for deliverance and healing. Father God, we declare that every curse spoken, sent, or enacted against ### and her son has no power, for Your Word declares in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'"
We break every chain of generational curses, words of death, witchcraft, or any evil assignment in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus has already paid the price for their freedom, and we stand in agreement with that finished work. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, oppression, or bondage that has sought to afflict ###’s son, and we command it to flee now in Jesus’ name. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, for You have promised in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that will rise against you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord."
Lord, we specifically pray for ###’s son’s physical health. You created his body, and You know every cell, every struggle, and every need. We ask for safe and sustainable weight loss, not by the world’s standards, but by Your divine design. Strengthen his body, renew his mind, and give him discipline rooted in Your love. Remind him that his worth is not found in his appearance but in being fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image (Psalm 139:14). Guide him to healthy habits, surround him with godly accountability, and let Your peace guard his heart as he walks this journey.
Father, we also lift up the deep wounds of past hurts. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that You would bring healing to every memory, every betrayal, every moment of pain that has left scars on his soul. Pour out Your love like a balm, Lord, and replace bitterness with forgiveness, shame with Your righteousness, and fear with trust in You. Let him know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Surround him with Your presence, and let him experience the freedom that comes from surrendering his pain to You.
We also want to gently address the foundation of this prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to break every curse and chain. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If ### or her son have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus, we pray that today would be the day they invite Him into their hearts as Lord and Savior. Jesus died on the cross to set us free from sin, sickness, and every work of the enemy. We encourage them to confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead, and they will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Let this be a season of breakthrough, restoration, and divine intervention for ### and her son. We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, sealed by the Holy Spirit, and destined for victory. May they walk in the fullness of Your promises, Lord, and may their lives bring glory to Your name. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
