We hear the burden in your request and we are standing with you now in prayer, seeking the Lord together in Jesus' name for your deliverance and peace.
We want to speak truth over the fear you are feeling, for the Word tells us that no curse has power over those who belong to Christ. Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13, and He disarmed the principalities and powers, making a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it Colossians 2:15. We are told that like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse does not alight Proverbs 26:2 and that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. If you are in Christ, you are not cursed, you are blessed, forgiven, and a new creation 2 Corinthians 5:17. Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to God and deliverance. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is His name and His blood that breaks every chain.
We rebuke the lie that any curse, spell, or word spoken against you is greater than the power of Jesus, and we rebuke the spirit of fear that is tormenting you, for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We also encourage you to examine your life before the Lord, for we are called to renounce any involvement with the occult, idolatry, or unforgiveness, to confess any known sin, and to submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. Walk in obedience, put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11, stay in the Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers.

Father, in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You who feels cursed and oppressed. We thank You that You have delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of your love Colossians 1:13. We ask for Your forgiveness where there has been sin and we ask You to wash them clean by the blood of Jesus. We rebuke every curse, every lie, and every assignment of the enemy against their life and we command it to be broken and to leave in Jesus' name. Fill them with Your perfect love that casts out fear 1 John 4:18, with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and with the assurance that they are Yours. Help them to trust in You with all their heart, to call upon the name of Jesus daily, and to walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for them. We declare that if the Son therefore will make you free, you will be free indeed John 8:36. Lead them into a life of victory, joy, and close fellowship with You. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Your cry has been heard, and there is a word of hope for one who feels himself under a curse.
Know first what the curse is of which Scripture speaks. The curse that arises from the breach of the Law is a sign of God's displeasure, and when God curses it is a curse of the most weighty kind. His curses are never causeless and they come home to offenders with overwhelming power. The Law says, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the Law to do them. And since all have broken the Law, all by nature lie under that present curse. God is love, but even love must curse sin, for from the necessity of His holiness He must punish men for committing it. If you have had faint views of your own guilt, cease from them at once. Only by the interposition of God Himself could you be saved from it. Lie low before your Lord and confess your sin with a broken heart.
But herein is the glad tidings for a sinner who feels himself cursed. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us. I do not understand language at all unless this means substitution. In our place He bore our sins and the curse which came of them. He has bought us out from under the curse by being bought with a price, even as slaves are set free when a ransom is paid for them. God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom, and it is a gift of Divine Love. Then He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance of a sinner from the pit through a ransom if God had not thought of it.
You that believe in Jesus are freed from the curse of the Law and justly freed from it. The Law cannot curse you, though you have broken it and in your own person incurred its penalty, since you are in Christ Jesus the Law has not a word to say against you.
This removal of the curse is done in a moment. It is an instantaneous thing. When faith looks to Jesus who was made a curse for us upon the tree, pardon is given at once, and though you may lose your comfort from it, the original pardon is filed in Heaven. Deliverance from the power of sin and deliverance from the guilt of sin are both the work of God alone, and we must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone for it.
Do not seek to be saved by your own works or by trying to keep the Law to earn blessing, for God must curse those who hope to be saved by His Law and yet break that Law. Turn you, turn you from your evil ways, for why will you die. Look alone to Christ who bore the curse, and trust Him to be your substitute.
I will pray for you, that the Lord who kindles the furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door may show you the ransom He has found, and that you may know yourself redeemed and cleansed.
O gracious God, look upon this soul who feels the weight of Thy curse upon sin. Show him that Christ was made a curse for us that we might be delivered. Be gracious unto him and say, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, for I have found a ransom. Bring him to lie low in confession and to look by faith to Jesus, Thy Son, who bore the iniquity of us all, that he may be justly freed from the curse and may live to declare the works of the Lord. Grant him to know in this hour that he who believes is no more under condemnation, but passed from death unto life, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
