Dear Prophet, my name is ###. I am from ###. I have experienced a slight pain at my back. I went to the hospital to see a doctor. He referred me to go to lab for a scan. After the scan, it was found that one of my bones on the spinal cord has shifted. This situation resulted in severe pain to the extent that I could not walk again. I went for several medications which gave me a little relief without any permanent solution. Dear Prophet, pray for me so that this spinal cord problem stops forever and ever in Jesus name. Amen.
