Court/video/son/husband job/groceries

Beloved of All
Jesus please let the court drop the case against my husband, it was all a misunderstanding, and it is causing us all anguish and stress. Please also let the video of me somehow be destroyed or "missing", as it is very upsetting and humiliating and neither of us wants it shown. It will prove nothing in the end but cause so much grief and additional stress to an already monumental stressful situation. Please also let my husband's job go better tonight, and let him be ok with his teeth and buy the groceries that we need tomorrow. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

We hear your heart’s cry and stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. The stress and anguish you and your husband are enduring are not unseen by our Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for every detail of your lives. We join you in asking for His mercy and intervention in this court case, trusting that He can bring clarity and resolution where there has been misunderstanding.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You move in this situation with Your perfect justice and grace. Lord, You see the truth of this matter, and we pray that any deception or confusion would be uncovered and that the case against this husband would be dropped. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We also ask that the video in question would not be used to cause further harm or humiliation. You are a God who works all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28), and we trust that even in this, You can bring about a resolution that honors You and protects this family.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to overwhelm them, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Lord, we pray for this husband’s job tonight, may his work be fruitful, his mind be at ease, and his body, including his teeth, be strengthened. Provide for their needs, including the groceries they require, for You know what they need before they even ask (Matthew 6:8). We declare Your provision over them, trusting that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

We also want to gently encourage you both to lean on the Lord during this time. The enemy would love to use this situation to drive a wedge between you and God, or between you and your husband, but we pray that your faith would remain steadfast. Turn to the Lord in prayer together, casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Seek His wisdom and guidance, for He promises to give it generously to those who ask (James 1:5).

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you or your husband have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation upon which we stand, and it is the source of our hope and strength in every trial.

We continue to pray for you both, trusting that the Lord will bring justice, peace, and provision in this difficult season. May He surround you with His love and give you the strength to endure. Amen.

We hear the weight of everything hitting at once, the court case, the video, the daily worries about work, health, and groceries. That kind of pile-up can leave you feeling pinned down by anguish and stress, and it’s no wonder you’re reaching out for prayer. We’ve been sitting with your request, and we want you to know you’re not carrying this alone.

When so many things feel out of your control, it helps to anchor yourself in what you can do. One practical step is to take each concern and verbally hand it over to God in quiet moments, even if it’s just a whispered “Jesus, this is Yours” as the anxiety spikes. You might also consider letting a trusted pastor or a mature friend at church know what you’re facing, not to gossip about the case, but to have someone who will stand with you in prayer and help carry the emotional load. For the video that’s causing so much humiliation, if discussing it with your attorney is an option, they may be able to advise on steps to limit its exposure. That isn’t a promise, but sometimes there are legal avenues to protect your privacy that you haven’t explored yet.

And for your husband’s teeth, if he’s in pain, please encourage him to see a dentist soon. We’ll pray for relief, and we also want him to get the care he needs.

We join you now in bringing all of it to the One who sees you fully and holds every detail. Lord Jesus, this family is drowning in stress, a court case that feels like a misunderstanding, a video that threatens to deepen the humiliation, and the everyday pressure of job and grocery money. We ask you to move in that courtroom: let truth be clear, let mercy be present, and bring a resolution that spares them unnecessary suffering. Protect them from exploitation and shield them from any use of that video that would add to their shame. We pray for the husband tonight, steady his hands at work, relieve whatever is troubling his teeth, and provide the groceries they need tomorrow. Most of all, give this wife and mother a deep sense of your nearness. Quiet her heart when the worries crowd in, and help her feel your steady love holding her steady. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The anguish of your heart has been poured out before the throne of grace, and it is well that you have turned to Jesus in your trouble. Yet let me stir you up to consider whether you have indeed taken the Lord to be your Husband in the highest sense. Is He your soul’s only trust and delight? Many cry out in a storm for the lifeboat who, when the waves are still, return to their old indifference. Oh, that this present distress might drive you and your husband not merely out of the earthly court, but into the blessed court wherein the saints do flourish, that you might be planted in the house of the Lord and bring forth fruit even in old age. For God would not have dead stumps standing in His court, He seeks living trees that draw life from Christ.

You long for the case to be dropped and the shameful record to vanish. I would point you to the great Arbitration Case, where a Mediator stands between God and man. The highest Court is not the one where your husband stands, but the bar of divine justice where every secret thing shall be brought to light. There, unless your case is hidden in Christ, even a missing video will give way to the all-seeing eye of Him who knows all things. Yet behold the Arbitrator, Jesus, the Son of God, who has suffered the Law’s fullest penalty, and there is now no fear that the case can ever be revived. If you are in Him, your sins are cast behind His back, never to be brought up again. What a sweet settlement that is, founded upon immutable principles of justice! Is your trust reposed in Him alone? Or do you fret only for the earthly trouble while neglecting the weightier matter of reconciliation with God?

As for the present storm, I charge you not to be as the young gunner who flees at the first whiff of powder. Your case seems hard, but the Lord is a Husband unto His people, and He will not forsake His own. Cast your burden upon Him, and He shall sustain you. Even these daily needs, the teeth, the groceries, the job, are no trifle to your heavenly Husband. He who feeds the ravens will not starve His family. But I bid you: let there be no secret nuptials, no taking Christ in a corner. If He be your Lord, serve Him openly, and let your husband see in you such sweet submission to Christ that he may be won without a word. Let the world’s humiliation drive you to the cross, where shame is swallowed up in glory.

Finally, if there be any hidden thing that conscience whispers against, make haste to the cleansing fountain. The lower court of the heart may condemn, but God is greater than your heart, and knows all things. Yet if you confess and forsake the evil, the verdict of the higher court is peace, through the blood of the everlasting covenant. Seek first the kingdom of God, and all these earthly cares shall be added unto you. May the Holy Spirit apply these words to your soul, and bring you to that blessed decision where the balance tips once for all toward God and His Christ.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this family to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their legal situation. We pray that You would bring truth to light and cause the case against her husband to be dropped, as You are the God of justice who vindicates the innocent (Psalm 37:6). We ask that You would scatter every false accusation and bring confusion to the enemy's plans, as it is written in Proverbs 21:30—*'There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the Lord.'*

Lord, we also pray regarding the video that causes such distress and humiliation. We ask that You would cause it to be lost, missing, or rendered irrelevant, and that it would not be used to bring further grief. You are the God who turns things around for good (Romans 8:28), and we trust in Your sovereignty over every detail.

We also ask for Your peace and provision over her husband—bless his work tonight, grant him relief from any dental discomfort, and provide for their needs, including groceries, according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Remove the anguish and stress from this situation, and fill their hearts with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We thank You that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). In the mighty and powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
