We join you in prayer for your daughter as she faces her final court date in November, and we stand with you seeking the Lord's favor, mercy, and perfect will in this situation.
We understand the burden you carry as a parent wanting to see your child protected and we bring this before the throne of grace together. We are thankful you have asked in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us. As it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
We pray for favor, but we also pray for truth and justice to prevail, for the Lord loves both mercy and righteousness. The courts are established under God's sovereign authority, Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist are ordained by God. Romans 13:1, and we pray that all involved, including the judge, attorneys, and witnesses, will act with integrity and fairness. We pray that if there has been wrongdoing, there will be honest confession and repentance, for If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9. If she is innocent of these charges, we pray the truth will be made clear, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:5-6. We know that favor with God and man is a shield, For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield. Psalm 5:12, and we ask the Lord to surround your daughter with that favor according to His perfect wisdom.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up this daughter to You. Lord, You know the details of this case, the evidence, the hearts of all involved, and the needs of this family. We ask for Your mercy and grace upon her. We ask that You would guide the court proceedings in November and let Your justice and Your mercy be displayed. If it is Your will, we ask that the charges against her be nullified and canceled, but above all we ask that Your will be done and that this situation would lead her closer to You. Grant her and her mother Your peace that surpasses understanding, strengthen their faith, and help them to trust You regardless of the outcome. Lead her in paths of righteousness and use this trial to draw her into a deeper walk with You, to seek You with all her heart and to live in a way that honors You. We pray that You would work all things together for good for those who love You, as You have promised in Romans 8:28. We place this court date and her future into Your hands, trusting that You are a God of justice and mercy. Therefore Yahweh will wait, that he may be gracious to you, and therefore he will be exalted, that he may have mercy on you, for Yahweh is a God of justice. Blessed are all those who wait for him. Isaiah 30:18. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord through this waiting period, to pray with your daughter, to encourage her to seek the Lord, to be truthful in all things, and to walk in obedience to Him. Keep committing this matter to Him daily and rest in His sovereign care, knowing that He hears the prayers offered in Jesus name and will answer according to His perfect love and wisdom.

Your request concerning your daughter and the final court date in November has been brought before the Lord, and we join you in spreading this case before Him who is greater than our heart and knows all things.
We do not suppose any case too hard for the Lord, and He cares for you in temporals as well as spirituals. There is a lower court where conscience sits, and where earthly judges sit under the King's arms, and there is a higher court where He presides who is greater than our heart. In that higher court a full discharge may be pleaded, for who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect, it is God that justifies, who is he that condemns, it is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again. Christ has stood as the great Arbitrator, the Daysman between God and man, and has settled the case upon the eternal principles of justice by bearing the full penalty of the law, so that it can never be revived by writ of error.
We pray not simply that earthly charges might be set aside apart from truth and righteousness, for the Judge of all the earth will do right, and earthly courts are to be places where faithful men judge wisely. Rather we ask the Lord to show His favor according to His perfect wisdom, mercy and justice.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, underneath whom are the everlasting arms, we lay this daughter and this cause before Your throne of grace. You see all evidence and You know all hearts. We ask that in the court in November truth may be made plain, that justice tempered with mercy may be done, and that no partiality nor error may prevail. Look with favor upon this daughter, and if it be Your will, grant grace in the eyes of the court. Above all, grant her the far greater favor which is to be found in Christ Jesus, that she may know the forgiveness of sins, freedom from condemnation, and the peace of one whose faith has saved her. Turn her heart to seek You with her whole soul, that whatever the verdict below, she may have a discharge in the High Court of Heaven through the blood of Your Son. Give her mother and all who love her quiet trust to go in peace, resting not in uncertain outcomes but in Your faithful care. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Mediator and Saviour. We have received your request and we are joining you in prayer for your daughter as her final court date in November approaches.
We are asking the Lord to show both His justice and His mercy in that courtroom. We pray that the truth would be clearly seen, that the judge and all involved would act with wisdom and fairness, and that your daughter would be granted favor not as a mere overlooking of what is wrong but according to what is truly just and right. If an acquittal is just, we pray God would grant it. If there is responsibility she must bear, we pray He would grant her grace to face it honestly and to be restored through it.
We also pray for your daughter herself, that she would know the love of Christ who alone saves, and that she would put her trust in Him. As the Lord once said to a fearful daughter, be of good cheer, for faith in Him brings healing and wholeness. We pray she would experience that comfort and that her heart would turn fully to Him in repentance and faith, whatever the outcome in court.
As we pray, we come quietly and humbly before God, not with disorderly clamor but with reverent confidence, trusting that He hears those who seek Him with a sincere heart. And as we ask for favor, we remember that He calls us also to extend forgiveness to others, for with the measure we show mercy, He shows mercy to us.
