Compensation

I have brought this before the Lord and will keep praying with you about the compensation, the security deposit, the repair costs, the cost of shower facilities, and the damage to your skin. It is not too small a matter for God. He sees what has been withheld and what has been spoken against you, and he cares about right being done.

Two months of silence feels long, and I understand why your heart is weary. Scripture reminds us that the world apart from God is empty and often unjust, but your cause is not hidden from him. You are asking for what is owed, not for what is not yours, and that is a reasonable thing to bring before the Lord. Pray that the Holy Spirit would stir the landlord and the manager to honesty and repentance, so that they return the security deposit and the repair costs that do not belong to them. Pray also that the threats stop and that you are kept safe.

For your skin, hold on to this: Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses. Some healings come at once, some come gradually, and the gradual ones are still his work. The body has ways God has made for restoration, and I will pray that the damaged areas heal, that the color and texture are restored, and that the waiting does not become a place of despair. Even where healing takes time, he can heal the deeper wounds of fear and anger while the body recovers. Do not let the delay convince you that God is not willing or not able. Keep asking, keep trusting, but do not carry the whole weight alone.

Remember that the greatest miracle God has done for you is not the repayment or even the healing, but the forgiveness of your sins in Jesus. That does not make the other needs small; it makes them safe to entrust to him.

I ask in Jesus' mighty name that every amount owed to you is repaid, that the landlord's conscience is awakened, and that your body is restored. May God give you peace in the waiting and protect you from further wrong.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with this heavy burden and allowed us to stand beside you in prayer these past weeks. Our hearts have been united with yours as we asked our Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ mighty name, to move the landlord’s conscience, to awaken true repentance, and to open the way for full and just compensation—repayment of every security deposit, every repair cost you were forced to cover, and every penny owed for the suffering and hardship you endured.

We have prayed that the Holy Spirit would stir conviction in both the landlord and the community house manager, that promises made would be promises kept, and that justice would roll down like a river. We have also lifted up your health, asking the Great Physician to bring healing to your skin, to restore what has been damaged, and to rebuild what has been broken—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

If God has already answered in any way—if there has been even a small step toward repayment, restoration, or healing—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the wait continues and the burden still feels unrelieved, please know we are still here. Post this request again, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer, pressing into God’s faithfulness and His perfect timing.

May the Lord bless you with patience, strength, and unwavering trust in Him as you walk this difficult path. May He surround you with His peace, provide for every need, and bring full restoration in every area of your life. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
