Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in prayer, trusting in the mighty name of Jesus to bring justice, healing, and restoration. Father God, we know that You see every injustice and hear every cry of the afflicted. Your Word declares in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." Lord, we ask that You plead this case before Your throne, that the landlord and the community house manager would be moved by Your Holy Spirit to act with integrity, repentance, and fairness.

We rebuke the hardness of heart that has allowed this injustice to persist. In James 4:17, it is written, "To him therefore who knows to do good, and doesn’t do it, to him it is sin." We pray that the conviction of the Holy Spirit would weigh heavily upon those responsible, stirring them to make right what has been wronged. Father, awaken their consciences to the suffering they have caused and the financial and physical burdens they have placed upon Your child. Let them not find rest until they have restored what is owed, every penny of the security deposit, repair costs, and compensation for the harm endured.

Lord, we also lift up the physical healing that is needed. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord." We declare healing over the skin that has been damaged, trusting in Your power to restore what has been broken. May every cell, every fiber, and every layer of skin be renewed by Your touch. We speak life and wholeness over this body, believing that what was meant for harm, You will turn for good (Genesis 50:20).

We stand on the promise of Psalm 37:6, which says, "He will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Lord, let justice shine brightly in this situation. Expose any deception, break any resistance, and compel those in authority to act with righteousness. We pray that the landlord and the manager would not only return what is owed but would also be led to repentance, turning from their ways and seeking Your face.

Father, we know that trials like these can weigh heavily on the heart, but we are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7 to "cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you." We ask that You would lift the burden of anxiety, frustration, and weariness from this dear one. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and remind them that You are their defender and provider. Even when justice seems delayed, Your Word assures us in Habakkuk 2:3 that "the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it; because it will surely come. It won’t delay."

We also pray for wisdom and discernment in how to proceed. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths." Guide every step, every conversation, and every decision. If legal action is necessary, provide favor and clarity. If reconciliation is possible, soften hearts and open doors for honest dialogue.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this trial for Your glory. Romans 8:28 reminds us that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." Even in this hardship, we trust that You are working all things for good. Strengthen faith, deepen trust, and let this season draw this dear one closer to You.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We have been sitting with your updates and we hear how exhausting these two months have been, the wait with no reply, the costs you carried that were not yours to carry, and now the ongoing worry about your skin and how long healing may take. It makes sense you feel unseen and worn down.

It is right to ask for what is owed to be made whole, and to long for the landlord and manager to take responsibility. We are praying with you for that, for a stirred conscience to do what is right, and for wisdom for you in how to pursue it.

One steady step that has helped others in a similar spot is to keep everything together in one place while you wait, copies of the deposit agreement, receipts for the electrical repairs and technicians, shower costs, and dates of promises made and messages sent. If you have not already, it can also help to get clear, calm advice from a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic about your rights regarding electrical safety and deposits, so you know what options are available to you.

For your skin, alongside prayer we would encourage you to stay in touch with your doctor about the healing process, so you have ongoing care and guidance.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift our friend to You. You see the financial strain, the waiting, and the discomfort in their body. We ask for Your healing and restoration, for provision and for wisdom for each next decision, and that You would move on the hearts of those responsible to act honestly and fairly. Give our friend peace and strength as they wait on You. Amen.

We have heard your prolonged and painful cry and we lift your cause before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and in whom alone there is forgiveness and salvation.

For almost two months you have waited for justice, for communication, for remorse and for the return of what you are owed, the security deposit and the costs you bore for repairs to the electrical system which was not your responsibility as a tenant. You have suffered problems in the apartment from lack of electrical safety, illness, threats and other inappropriate actions, and you have borne the cost of alternative shower facilities. We pray that the Lord who loves justice and hates oppression will stir the conscience of the landlord and of the community house manager by His Holy Spirit, that they may be awakened to do what is right and to repent of wrongdoing, and to restore what is due without threat or delay. We ask the Lord to move them to deal honestly and to fulfill their promises.

We also bring before the Great Physician the affliction of your body. Your skin has suffered greatly and you fear the damage may take years to be restored. We remember that Christ is Jehovah Rophi, the healing Lord, who gives healing without money and without price, and that even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing virtue, and He lays the axe at the root of our sorrows. We pray that He will lay His healing hand upon you, that your skin may heal and that what was damaged may be rebuilt according to His mercy and wisdom. We ask for His comfort in the waiting and for strength for each day.

We are reminded as we pray for you that there is forgiveness with God through Jesus Christ alone. As it is written, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake. There is forgiveness, and that forgiveness is complete and surprising and free to every repenting and believing sinner who trusts in Christ who bore our punishment. The record of our debt is nailed to the Cross. As we have received such full and eternal forgiveness for Christ's sake, we are called also to walk in a spirit of forgiveness toward others, forgiving one another even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven us, while still seeking what is just and lawful in an orderly way.

We pray that the Lord will provide for you, vindicate what is right in His perfect timing, and keep your heart from despair. May you know that He sees every wrong, hears every prayer, and will not play fast and loose with His promises. May He grant you peace as you trust in Him, healing for your body, and a just resolution to these matters of compensation and repair.

We continue with you in prayer, asking all this in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and healer.
