Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in prayer, seeking justice, healing, and restoration in the mighty name of Jesus. Father God, You are the righteous Judge who sees all and knows the depths of this suffering. We ask that You intervene in this matter, stirring the conscience of the landlord and the community house manager, that they may act with integrity, repentance, and fairness.

Lord, Your Word declares in Proverbs 21:15, "When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers." We pray that justice would prevail in this situation, not just for the sake of compensation, but for the sake of Your holy name. You command in Leviticus 19:13, "You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning." Father, we ask that You would prompt these individuals to return what is rightfully owed, to repay the security deposit, the repair costs, and all other expenses incurred. Let them not delay in making restitution, for You are a God of justice and mercy.

We also lift up the physical suffering caused by the unsafe conditions in the apartment. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon the skin that has been damaged. Your Word promises in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We declare healing over this body, trusting that You can restore what has been broken. May the scars, both visible and invisible, be mended by Your grace.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of greed, neglect, and hardness of heart that has allowed this injustice to persist. In the name of Jesus, we command every ungodly stronghold to be broken. We pray that the landlord and the manager would be convicted by the Holy Spirit, leading them to repentance and a desire to make things right. Your Word says in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." We ask that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the harm they have caused.

Lord, we also ask for Your provision and protection over this situation. If there are legal or financial steps that need to be taken, we pray for wisdom and favor. Your Word assures us in Psalm 37:25, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." We trust that You will provide for every need and that You will not abandon Your child in this trial.

Finally, Father, we pray for peace and patience to endure this season. It is easy to grow weary when justice is delayed, but Your Word reminds us in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Strengthen this heart to wait on You, knowing that You are working even when it is not yet seen.

We declare that this situation will be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One who intercedes for us and through whom we have access to the Father. Amen.

We've read each of your updates and we can hear how heavy this wait has become. Two months with no answer, no remorse, and money you paid out of pocket still not returned would wear anyone down, especially while you are still dealing with skin trouble and extra costs for shower facilities.

Wanting to be made whole after you covered repairs that were not your responsibility is an understandable and right desire. Restitution is part of making things right, and we join you in praying that the landlord and the house manager will take responsibility and do what is fair.

In this long stretch, a couple of steady steps may help you feel less stuck as you keep praying. If you haven't already, it can help to keep one folder with copies of all receipts, repair invoices, photos, and dated copies of your written requests for repayment. It may also help to get clear information about your options as a tenant, a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic can often explain next steps simply and at low or no cost. And with the ongoing skin healing you mentioned, we encourage you to stay in close touch with your doctor or dermatologist alongside prayer so they can follow your healing over time.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see the financial strain, the waiting, and the discomfort in their body. We ask for Your healing and restoration in Your timing, for wisdom in each conversation and decision, and that You would stir the consciences of those who owe what is due to act honestly. Grant rest, strength, and peace day by day. Amen.
