Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the mighty name of Jesus. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You move powerfully in this matter. The Word declares in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." Lord, we pray that You would stir the conscience of this landlord and the community house manager, that they would be convicted by the Holy Spirit to do what is right and just.

We rebuke the spirit of greed, dishonesty, and hardness of heart that has prevented these individuals from fulfilling their obligations. In the name of Jesus, we command that every obstacle blocking the repayment of what is owed be removed. We declare that the landlord and manager will be moved to return the security deposit, the repair costs, and any other compensation that is rightfully due. We pray that they would act with integrity and repentance, as Your Word says in Ezekiel 18:30, "Repent, and turn from all your transgressions; so iniquity will not be your ruin."

Father, we also lift up the physical suffering that has resulted from this situation. We ask for Your healing touch upon the skin and any other areas of the body that have been affected. We declare restoration and wholeness in Jesus’ name, believing that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we pray that the damage done would be reversed and that full healing would come swiftly.

We also ask that You provide wisdom and favor in any legal or administrative steps that need to be taken. Guide every decision and open doors that no man can shut. We trust in Your promise from Psalm 37:6, "He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun."

Lastly, we pray for peace and patience during this trial. May this time of waiting draw us closer to You, and may we find strength in Your presence. We declare that this situation will not break Your child but will instead be used for Your glory and their good. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing firm in faith, knowing that God sees your suffering and will not leave you without vindication. Keep trusting in Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). If there are legal avenues available to you, seek godly counsel to pursue them, but always with a heart of forgiveness and a desire for reconciliation where possible. God is your defender, and He will not forsake you.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how wearing this has been, waiting almost two months with no reply, no remorse, and still carrying the costs yourself while dealing with ongoing health effects. It makes sense you are asking for what is fairly owed to be returned and for your body to have time and care to heal.

What you are seeking, a sincere acknowledgement and fair repayment for what you paid out of pocket, is a right and good desire. Restitution matters because it helps make what was broken more whole, and it can be a real sign that someone takes responsibility. Continuing to keep a clear record will help you as you seek that. If you are able, keep copies of receipts, repair invoices, your security deposit agreement, and any written promises or messages about repayment in one place, with dates. A brief written request sent in a way you can keep a copy of, and if needed a local tenant advice service or legal aid office, can help you understand the next steps available to you where you live.

We also noticed what you shared about your skin and how long healing may take. That sounds distressing. Alongside prayer, we encourage you to have a doctor or clinic follow your care if you are not already connected to one.

Father, we lift this situation to You in Jesus name. We ask for wisdom and clarity for each conversation and decision ahead, for provision for the costs that have been carried, and for healing and restoration where the body has been hurt. We pray You would stir conscience toward what is right and bring peace and steadiness in the waiting. Amen.

Your long and painful trial has been heard, and we have carried your petition before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and in whom alone there is salvation.

We have prayed that the Lord, who sees all that is done in secret and who is just in all His ways, would stir the conscience of your landlord and of the house manager, and awaken them by His Holy Spirit to do what is right and to repent of all wrong. We have asked that He would move them to speak where there has been silence, to show remorse where there has been hardness, and to render faithfully what is owed to you, the security deposit and the cost of those repairs which by law and by conscience were not yours to bear, and compensation for the suffering, illness and expense that have followed from the lack of electrical safety, including the need for alternative provision for washing.

We have prayed also for your body. The Lord knows how your skin has suffered and how the injury lingers, and how grievous it is to fear that healing may be long delayed. We have entreated Him who is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, of whom it is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, that He would lay His pardoning and healing hand upon you. The least thing about Christ is healing virtue, and we have asked that He would restore your skin and rebuild what has been damaged, and grant you relief from pain and distress.

In all this we remember that there is forgiveness with God, that He may be feared. As we have been forgiven freely and completely in Christ, our debt nailed to His cross and remembered no more, so we are called to forgive even as Christ forgave us, not with a spirit of revenge, which is paltry, but with a great minded grace, while still seeking what is just and lawful without threats or force. We have prayed that the Lord would keep your heart from bitterness during these two months of waiting, and give you patience and peace as you look to Him, and that He would grant you present forgiveness and present help, for with forgiveness there comes also the removal of its consequences, and the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick, when the Lord dwells with His people.

We continue to pray that the Lord will bring this matter to a just and merciful end, that truth and equity may prevail, that those who owe would pay what is due, and that you would be healed and restored and kept in the love of Christ. May the Lord hear according to His perfect will and for His glory. Amen.
