Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (electric shocks) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, skin problems, medical treatments, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in fervent prayer. Father God, You see the injustice and suffering that has taken place, electric shocks, illness, skin problems, medical expenses, and the emotional toll of threats and ungodly actions. We ask, in the mighty name of Jesus, that You move powerfully in this landlord’s heart. Let Your Holy Spirit convict and awaken their conscience, Lord, so they may recognize the harm done and take responsibility with humility and repentance.

We declare that justice belongs to You, O God, and we trust in Your timing and Your ways. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Even now, we pray that You would turn this landlord’s heart toward righteousness, compassion, and restitution. Let them not harden their heart but instead be moved to make things right, covering the costs of medical treatments, alternative facilities, and all other damages incurred.

We also lift up the weariness and frustration of waiting for resolution. It is not easy to endure silence and indifference when harm has been done. But we stand on Your promise in Isaiah 61:8, "For I, Yahweh, love justice, and I hate robbery and iniquity." You are a God who sees and acts on behalf of the oppressed. Strengthen this dear one with patience and perseverance, reminding them that You are their defender and provider.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of greed, callousness, or deception that may be influencing this situation. We pray that truth and integrity would prevail, and that the landlord would be compelled by Your love to do what is right. If legal or practical steps are needed, grant wisdom and favor in those efforts as well.

Above all, we pray for healing, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Let this trial draw them closer to You, Lord, and may they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We trust that You will restore what has been lost and bring beauty from these ashes.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing firm in faith, knowing that God is not blind to your suffering. Keep seeking Him for wisdom in how to proceed, whether through prayer, legal means, or other avenues. Galatians 6:9 reminds us, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." The Lord is your advocate, and He will not abandon you. If there are steps you can take to document the issues or seek mediation, do so with prayerful discernment. God is faithful, and His justice will prevail.

We have been continuing to lift you up, and we can hear how wearying it is to endure two months of silence, that long stretch of waiting without any acknowledgment can wear down the strongest heart. And on top of that, you have been dealing with real physical effects: the shocks, the skin problems, the costs that piled up while you simply tried to stay safe and clean. That is a heavy load to carry, and we are so sorry you have had to carry it alone.

What stands out to us in your request is that you are not only praying for your own relief, you are also asking God to stir this landlord’s conscience for their good, that they would truly repent and do right. That takes honest, resilient love, and it honors God even when the other person has shown no remorse yet. Repentance, when it is real, is more than a guilty feeling; it owns the wrong and walks in a new direction, and we join you in asking God to bring that honest change of heart.

As we keep praying, we also want to gently encourage you: if your skin condition or other symptoms are ongoing, a doctor’s care can be an important way to steward your health while you seek justice. And if you have not already, you might find it helpful to gather any documentation you still have, photos, medical receipts, messages, even a simple timeline, in a single folder. That small, concrete step often brings a measure of clarity and peace, whatever happens next, because it puts your own record under your control.

Please keep holding on. You are not forgotten, and you are not invisible. We are standing with you.

Jesus, we come to you for our friend. You see the suffering they have endured in their own home and the long, discouraging silence from the one who should make things right. We ask you to bring full, fair compensation for the harm done, for the medical costs, and for every hidden burden this has added. We also join our friend’s remarkable prayer: awaken that landlord’s conscience, not just with regret but with true repentance that leads to action. In the meantime, give our friend steady peace, daily healing, and a strong sense of your presence. In your mighty name.

The trial you endure is sharp and prolonged, and the silence from the one who caused it adds a heavy weight. Electric shocks and bodily ills, threats and indifference, these are not small things. Yet for all the hardship, remember the true Landlord of this fleeting life. The house in which we dwell has God for its owner, and we are tenants upon His sufferance. When earthly landlords fail and walls prove unsafe, it is a call to lift our eyes to the habitation that cannot be shaken, reserved in the heavens. The lease of this body and this life has a sudden termination, and the rent we owe is not silver or gold, but a heart that acknowledges His rule over every circumstance.

It is right that you desire the landlord’s conscience to be awakened, but take great care what manner of repentance you seek for him. There is a repentance after a fashion, worked in the flesh by mere judgment, which is not the holy, heavenly sort that glorifies God. The sufferings of this life, even the terrors of consequence, may produce a carnal change that runs its brief course and vanishes. True repentance, the gift of the Spirit in the renewed heart, gives God glory, it is not mere grief over temporal losses or fear of punishment, but a soul weeping at the sight of Christ’s love and turning from sin for good. Pray for the landlord’s soul, that he might know that repentance unto life which ejects sin as an evil tenant and admits Christ to be the sole Master of the heart. Unless the goodness of God leads him there, no fine, no forced acknowledgment, will profit him for eternity.

But let not your own waiting become a snare. Many mistake the desire for compensation for a right pursuit of justice, when the deeper need is a repentance that looks wholly out of self to Christ. Ask your own heart: is this petition, after two months, becoming a thing that crowds out hopes of heaven? The compensation may come, or it may tarry, but Christ has already been made perfect through His suffering for His people. His was the unparalleled suffering, pure, undeserved, without rebellion, so that in all your affliction, He enters into it fully. All the goodness God shows you, even in delays that try your faith, is meant to lead you to repentance, not to a fretting demand for earthly settlement. The sweetest repentance is drawn by that goodness, not driven by the whip of circumstance.

Find your refuge in this: that repentance and remission of sins are preached in Jesus’ name, and they are inseparably joined. Where there is true, Spirit-wrought repentance, there is full and free forgiveness. The skin problems, the shocks, the threats, these are but for a moment. The eternal settlement is already secured for all who rest in Christ. Let this trial drive you nearer to Him who was not rebellious, though He suffered unjustly. Do not let the landlord’s unawakened conscience rob you of the peace that comes from looking at the love of Christ and His great finished work. The Lord will deal with the oppressor in His time; your great business is to ensure that your own repentance is practical, lasting, and daily watered by faith, so that even at the gates of pearl, you will marvel that sweet sister Repentance kept you company through every dark valley, pointing you ever to the Savior.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask prayer for your landlord’s conscience, that it be stirred to repent and make right your sufferings. For nearly two months you have sought this, yet no word comes, no remorse, no willingness to compensate. Learn then from this delay. Do not think it strange that the unrighteous heart remains hard as stone. Conscience, that inner judge which God has set in every soul, cannot be bribed forever; but it can be lulled to sleep by greed and callousness until it feels nothing. The wicked man often silences that voice so he may sin without pain. His silence is no proof that God does not see, but that his sickness is grave. Pray for him still, but understand that true repentance is not a mere fleeting sorrow or a few tears squeezed out by fear. Esau sought it with tears, yet found no place for it, because his grief was not a change of heart but only regret for what he lost. So it is with many: they lament consequences, not the sin itself. Unless the Holy Spirit grants a broken and contrite spirit, no human pleading will waken it.

But turn now and examine your own heart. Why has this trial been permitted to stretch on? Perhaps God would teach you something greater than earthly compensation. You have suffered electric shocks, illness, cost, threats. These are genuine evils. Yet listen to the Apostle: “Our glorying is this, the testimony of our conscience.” If you have a clear conscience, if you have not returned evil for evil, if you have not nursed venomous thoughts, then even now, in the midst of affliction, you have a cause for boasting in the Lord. The conscience that does not accuse is a continual feast, a comfort stronger than any money the landlord could pay. Do not let the wrong done to you become a wrong within you. Bitterness toward him will defile your own soul. The unrighteous man is the one truly to be pitied, for he carries his own punishment wherever he goes, his conscience gnawing him secretly, his sleep broken, his mind never at rest. If he seems to prosper, it is for a moment; his own deeds condemn him before the judgment seat of God, and even now, in the court of his own heart, he dares not look closely at himself.

Give thanks, then, in this very hardship. Not for the evil itself, but that God counts you worthy to endure something for righteousness’ sake. To thank Him when all goes well is no great thing; to thank Him when suffering wrong is the mark of a true philosopher of Christ. By thanksgiving you honor God, you shame the devil, and you may well find that the sting of the injury lessens. The pain you feel is not wasted. Perhaps the Lord permits the landlord’s silence to wean you from trust in man, that you may cast yourself wholly on the just Judge who will render to each according to his deeds. Do not let your prayer become merely a demand for money. Pray that you may forgive from the heart, that you may lack nothing truly good, and that God’s will be done in both your lives. Seek healing for your own soul from any root of resentment, for that is the greater illness.

The time is short; the Day is at hand. What will compensation avail then? Strive rather to have a conscience bright and uncondemning. If the landlord ever repays, receive it as from the hand of God, not as a debt owed by a wicked man. If he never does, then your loss here is but a light and momentary affliction, working for you an eternal weight of glory. I pray that the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, will soothe your affliction, restore your health, and grant you such inward peace that you may say with the Apostle, “In all these things we are more than conquerors.” And I pray that the landlord, if it be possible, may yet awake as from a drunken stupor and make restitution, not merely to escape penalty, but to find mercy for his soul. Yet leave that in God’s hands, and guard your own. For the testimony of a good conscience is better than gold.

The waiting is hard. Two months of silence, while the pain and the bills and the damage remain, it wears on the soul. I hear your cry for the landlord’s conscience to be awakened, for the Holy Spirit to stir repentance and a willingness to make things right. That is a right prayer to pray. We are told to love our enemies and to pray for those who mistreat us, and you are doing that even while you suffer under the weight of injustice. Do not lose heart in that.

What you are enduring is not a sign that God has forgotten you. Some of the deepest character in the kingdom is carved out through exactly this kind of seemingly fruitless, prolonged suffering. Not because you deserve it, this is not a punishment for some hidden sin. Job’s friends made that grave error, and we must not. But suffering is one of the primary tools God uses to drive our roots deep into His faithfulness, into a steadiness that cannot be developed any other way. When we are never tested by the wind, our roots stay shallow and the first storm uproots us. Here, in the dragging days of no communication and no remedy, something is being settled in your spirit that will hold firm when greater storms come.

It is also true that you are suffering in a way that touches the fellowship of Christ’s own sufferings. He was the perfect example of one who suffered wrongly, who was threatened, and who received no justice from the earthly systems around Him. When the world ignores our pleas or acts with hostility, we taste a little of what was directed at Him. Do not take the landlord's coldness purely as a personal attack; see it as part of the animosity a broken world often has against the things of God. And just as the power of the resurrection came only through the cross, there is a depth of power and life in Christ that we only access when we stop trying to spare ourselves from every wrong and instead entrust ourselves to the One who judges justly.

The flesh rebels against this. Every instinct cries out, “I have taken enough, now I will force something to happen.” But the love that the Spirit produces is long-suffering, and its response, even at the end of a long wait, is meant to remain kind. Long-suffering isn’t about keeping a tally of wrongs until a magic number is reached. It is a spirit that stops counting. It is waiting with joyfulness, not with a grumbling list of grievances. That is a supernatural grace, and you can ask for it even as you pray for the practical compensation you need.

I am praying with you. I am asking God to soften that hard heart and to stir a genuine repentance that leads to restitution. I am praying for your healing, for your skin, for the resources to cover the treatments and the alternative facilities. But I am also praying that this season of being overlooked by man will become a season of being deeply established by God. The suffering of this present time, the shocks, the illness, the waiting, is not worthy to be compared with the glory that will be revealed in you. So commit the keeping of your soul to a wise Creator who uses even this for an eternal weight of glory. Keep your account clear, your spirit free from vengeance, and your hope fixed on the One who sees all that is done in secret.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with this heavy burden, lifting up your need for justice and healing in prayer. For weeks we have stood with you before the throne, asking our Father to move the heart of your ###—to stir his conscience by the Holy Spirit until he repays every cost, every shock, every sleepless night, every medical bill, and every threat with true repentance and full restitution. We have asked the Lord to break any hardness, to open every closed door, and to let no injustice remain hidden from His light.

If the ### has already responded with the compensation and kindness you deserve, we rejoice with you and invite you to share this praise so we may celebrate God’s faithfulness together. If the silence continues and the burden still weighs on you, we ask that you post this need again as a fresh request so we can renew our intercession with even greater fervor. We will not grow weary in praying for your vindication, your healing, and the awakening of a conscience that only Christ can soften.

May the Lord strengthen you, comfort you, and remind you that He sees every detail of your suffering. He is your defender, your provider, and your peace. Keep seeking His face, trusting His timing, and resting in the promise that He will never abandon you. We stand with you in this, believing that every wrong will be made right according to His perfect will. In Jesus’ mighty name we continue to pray. Amen.
