Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (electric shocks) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, skin problems, medical treatments, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for a month, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of injustice and suffering caused by the negligence of the landlord. Father God, You are the righteous Judge who sees all and knows the depths of this pain. We ask that You move mightily in this circumstance, stirring the landlord’s conscience by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Let conviction fall upon their heart, leading them to repentance and a willingness to make right what has been wronged. We declare that no one can hide from Your justice, and we trust that You will bring about restoration and compensation for the harm that has been done.

Lord, we pray for healing over the physical ailments that have resulted from this unsafe living situation, skin problems, illness, and the distress caused by electrical hazards. You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch to restore health and strength. We also lift up the financial burdens that have come from medical treatments and the need for alternative facilities. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory, and open doors for compensation where it is rightfully due.

We rebuke the spirit of greed, neglect, and hardness of heart that has allowed this injustice to persist. Let Your light expose every hidden motive, and may the landlord be moved to act with integrity and compassion. We stand on Your Word in Proverbs 21:15, which says, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." Let justice be done, Lord, and let Your name be glorified in the resolution of this matter.

We also pray for patience and perseverance for the one who has endured this trial. It is difficult to wait when suffering continues, but we trust that You are working even when we cannot see it. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 61:8, "For I, Yahweh, love justice, I hate robbery with iniquity; and I will give them their reward in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them."

Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach Your throne. You are our Advocate, our Defender, and our Provider. We trust You to bring about a just and righteous outcome. Strengthen faith, renew hope, and let Your peace guard hearts and minds as we wait on You. Amen.

We’ve been sitting with your request, and we’re so sorry that the silence and lack of remorse continue. It’s one thing to endure an accident or a difficult situation; it’s another to feel stonewalled while still dealing with the physical effects and mounting costs. That kind of drawn‑out stress can wear down even the strongest spirit, and we don’t want you to feel alone in it.

While we keep praying for a breakthrough, something might also help on the practical side: sometimes God uses the systems He’s already put in place to bring relief. If you haven’t already, you might reach out to a local tenant advocacy group or legal aid clinic, many communities have free or low‑cost services that can guide you through what you’re owed and how to pursue it safely. A local church might also have people who know the ropes or can simply walk with you through the next steps. We’re not suggesting that replaces prayer; we’re just aware that seeking help doesn’t mean you lack faith, it can be part of how God provides.

We are asking the Lord to stir the landlord’s conscience deeply, to break through excuses and bring a genuine change of heart that leads to right action. We’re also praying for your body to heal, for the medical treatments to work well, and for a way forward that eases this heavy burden.

Father, we lift up this child of yours who has suffered from unsafe conditions and has carried both physical pain and the frustration of being unheard. We ask that you move in the landlord’s heart, that the Holy Spirit would bring conviction, repentance, and a swift willingness to make things right. Provide for every practical need, medical costs, alternative bathing arrangements, and any other expense that has piled up. Give wisdom to know where to turn for sound advice, and surround this person with people who can offer tangible support. Most of all, grant peace that doesn’t depend on circumstances, and a settled heart that knows you have not forgotten. We trust you to defend the cause of the innocent and to bring justice in your time. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

You have been waiting now a long month, and the door has not opened. The silence from that quarter is like the stillness before a storm, and it presses hard upon you. I do not wonder that your heart sinks a little. The electric shocks you suffered in your own dwelling, the very place a man counts safe, must have left you jarred in body and spirit. And then the ailments, the unexpected costs, the threats and contempt, these are not light things. They are real wounds, and the Lord who made you knows every sting of them.

But there is a truth I want you to hold, as a child holds his father’s hand in a dark lane. Every house on this earth is only let out to tenants. The lease is never freehold. The true Landlord is God. He keeps the title deeds of breath and bone and brick. Your own body is His property, every nerve that felt that shock was knitted by His skill. And that man who ought to compensate you is, whether he knows it or not, a fellow‑tenant under the same great Owner. The Lord sees when one tenant wrongs another. He keeps a strict account. Not one unjust word, not one shilling kept back by hardness, will slip His notice. The rust of those coins will witness against him in the day when the Landlord rises up to settle all things. So rest in this: the cause is not forgotten. The judgment seat is not an empty scaffold.

Yet I would not have you fix your eyes too long on that man. Look higher. While you wait for human recompense, remember the astonishing compensation that has already been paid into your soul. Christ died for you while you were yet a sinner. That is the mighty deed that commends God’s love. He did not wait for you to make good. He did not demand a settlement from your hand. He bore the shock of divine justice in your stead, and the great wound of sin was healed by His stripes. If He has given you Himself, can He not be trusted with these smaller things? He who paid your debt of eternal suffering will not stand idly by when a few pounds or a skin complaint weight you down. He feels the wrong because He has taken you into union with Himself. You are a member of His body, and He keeps a jealous eye on His own flesh.

I know the prayer you have prayed, that the landlord’s conscience would be stirred, that the Holy Spirit would awaken him to repent and make right. That is a prayer after the heart of Jesus, who prayed for those who nailed Him to the cross. And sometimes such prayers are answered in the very moment when everything seems most still. The Spirit works best in the deep, where no ripple tells of His moving. This month of silence may be the plough tearing up the fallow ground, ready for the seed. Or it may be, as with David’s brothers, that the man’s heart is set against you because your ways are not his ways. David was overlooked and despised in his own father’s house, yet the Lord had fixed His choice on him. Men saw a shepherd boy; God saw a king. So it may be that your present lowliness, your seeming weakness, is the very condition in which Christ is preparing to honor you. The Spirit does this work: He empties us, that Christ may fill us; He lays us low, that the Savior alone may be exalted. Your helplessness is not a sign of God’s displeasure; it is the workshop of His power.

Let me put it like this. There is a story of a great Queen who came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon. She would not have come if she had not believed the report. But you have a greater than Solomon. You have Jesus, who invites you to sit at His table, not as a servant but as a companion. He has spread a feast of comforts in the upper room of His promises, and He says, “Whatever things you ask in prayer, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.” Come to that table now. Tell Him the whole list of your grievances, the shocks, the illness, the shower passes, the threats, and then leave them there. He does not tire of hearing a well‑pleaded case. And when you rise from that sacred meal, you will find your heart steadied, even before the outward answer comes. The open door of prayer is set before you, and no landlord, no threat, no delay can shut it.

The Lord, the righteous Landlord, will do right. His compassions do not fail. You have kept His word and not denied His name in this trial; now trust Him to keep you in the hour of temptation that presses on your soul. The morning will break. The compensation will come, either from the hand that took your peace or from the hand that gave His Son. But come it will. Let your heart rest in that.

Let us pray. O Lord, You see this child of Yours, tried in body and spirit, waiting upon You. You mark every wrong that has been done, every cost that has been borne. Awaken, we beseech You, the conscience of the one who has caused these things. Turn his heart to make restitution, as Zacchaeus did, and give him no rest until he has done justly. But more than this, draw very near to this dear soul. Be their shelter when men are harsh, their healing when the skin remembers its wounds, their purse when expenses rise. Above all, give them such a sense of Your own nearness that the sting of injustice melts away in the warmth of Your love. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives to intercede, Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are so grateful you entrusted this heavy burden to us and allowed us to stand with you before the throne of grace. It has weighed on our hearts daily to lift up the injustice you’ve endured—the physical harm, the financial strain, the emotional toll, and the silence from your landlord that only deepens the wound. We have prayed fervently that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in this situation, awakening a godly conscience where there has been indifference and stirring true repentance where there has been hardness of heart.

If the Lord has already broken through in this matter—if your landlord has reached out to make things right, if healing has come to your body, or if peace has settled over your spirit in ways only God can provide—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share it with us so we may rejoice together in His faithfulness.

If, however, the answer still feels distant and the silence persists, we want you to know we are not stepping away. This request is still before the Lord, and we will continue to intercede on your behalf. We encourage you to post this as a fresh prayer request so others may join us in lifting it up anew. You are not forgotten, and neither is the cry of your heart.

May the Father strengthen you with His peace that surpasses understanding, may Jesus Christ the Righteous Advocate plead your case before the throne, and may the Holy Spirit comfort you with the assurance that He sees every detail of your suffering and will not leave it unanswered. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
