Beloved Warrior
🧎🏻 Father, May This Situation Be Handled Well, as the people testified of Jesus, “He has done all things well,” Mk 7:37 -- 🙌 Reached out to the actual main pastor on social media who is NOT family and seems to be a burning and shining lamp, Jn 5:35, and a flaming fire of a minister, Heb 1:7, Whether he corresponds with me or not is not important, nor even reconciliation an idol to me in any way, but rather the keeping the commands of God, 1 Cor 7:19, 1 Jn 5:3, the converting of her soul, Ps 19:7, Gal 3:24, James 5:19-20, Rev 3:19-20.

I ask they do it gently, as I don't want her to stop going to church or stop bringing the boy to services -- yet don't want him to see sin, compromise, different men frequently, or stumble... Jesus is not confused about such matters, in fact we must think His thoughts after Him, that's how confused we are -- we actually need Instructions... Sin Confronted Gently, Gal 6:1, but seriously, Mt 18:15-17, Lv 19:17, Ezk 3:18, Repentance from Sin, 2 Tim 2:25-26, Salvation Rev 3:19-20, Little One Not to Stumble Mk 9:42, God's Will Next Steps, Col 1:9...

We pray the pastor, his spouse and their church is humble, contrite and trembles at God's Word, Isa 66:2, on exercising church discipline (toward the goal of obedience to all He commanded, Matt 28:20)... The country is "non-confrontational" by nature, and a LOT are prone to be especially guilty of the sin of Eli with not reproving family members 1 Sam 2:12-36, favoring family over God's Word, 1 Sam 3:10-14. Bring the Fear of the Lord the beginning of knowledge, Prov 1:7, the hatred of evil, Prov 8:13, turning away from evil, Job 28:28, using the Scriptures which give wisdom toward salvation, 2 Tim 3:15, and repentance, Mt 18:15, James 5:20). Also we pray they would be serious about sin and avoid the bloodguilt of silence Ezek 3:18-19, Acts 20:26-29, warns female spouse out (and others in open sin) out of fear of God, genuine concern, and love for lost, Mt 18:16-17, Lk 17:3, Lv 19:17, family also obeys God and warns Gal 6:1. Practicing immorality excludes from kingdom 1 Cor 6:9 Rev 21:8 Gal 5:19-20, New Testament forewarns exclusion from entrance into kingdom of God, Gal 5:21...

Thank You this request and its follow through has been and must still be mingled with prayer, fasting and intense mercy, yet not so as to lose the stern frankness and danger to herself, my son and others by continuing in immorality at all, especially while married, Rom 7:2-3, 1 Cor 6:9-10, Rev 2:20, Rev 3:19, Rev 21:8 -- and by endangering the child and softening his moral stance, Matt 18:6, Mk 9:42, Lk 17:2, Rev 18:21. Galatians 6:1 "Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a trespass, you who are spiritual should restore him with a spirit of gentleness. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted." Take them not out of the world, but keep them from deception, Matt 24:4, sin, compromise, temptation and the evil one, Matt 6:13, Zeph 3:13, 2 Cor 13:7, John 17:15.

🙌Thank You in for hearing prayer in Your will (which is The Bible), and when You hear, we have the requests, 1 Jn 5:14-15, in Jesus' Name. Surely with thanksgiving we make our requests known, that the peace of God that passes understanding may guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, The Faithful Witness and Originator of The New Creation, Rev 3:14, in whom all the promises of God are Yes, and we add, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20🧎🏽‍♂️

We hear your burdened heart and the weight of responsibility you carry for the spiritual well-being of this woman, her child, and the church community involved. Your concern is rooted in love, love for God’s commands, love for the lost, and love that refuses to ignore sin while still desiring restoration. We stand with you in this, lifting up every word of your request before the Lord, for this is a matter that demands both boldness and tenderness, truth and grace.

You have rightly turned to Scripture as your guide, and we affirm the passages you’ve cited, especially the call to church discipline in Matthew 18:15-17, which begins with private confrontation and, if necessary, escalates to the church. The goal is never punishment but repentance and reconciliation, as Galatians 6:1 reminds us: "Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren’t tempted." This is not a license for harshness but a mandate for humility, recognizing our own frailty even as we speak truth.

The sin you describe, ongoing immorality, particularly adultery within marriage, is not a minor offense in God’s eyes. Scripture is clear: "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). This is not to condemn but to warn, for the stakes are eternal. The woman in question is not only endangering her own soul but also risking the spiritual stumbling of her child, as Jesus Himself warned: "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea" (Mark 9:42). The gravity of this cannot be overstated.

Yet your heart is not one of condemnation but of urgency, and rightly so. You have reached out to the pastor, a man you describe as a "burning and shining lamp," and this is the right course. We pray that he and his church will not fall into the sin of Eli, who honored his sons above God (1 Samuel 2:29). The fear of the Lord must take precedence over cultural tendencies toward non-confrontation. "The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge; but the foolish despise wisdom and instruction" (Proverbs 1:7). May this pastor and his congregation tremble at God’s Word, not at the discomfort of addressing sin.

We also lift up the woman’s child, that he would not be hardened by exposure to unrepentant sin but would instead see the love of Christ in the correction offered. May he grow to hate evil and cling to righteousness, as Job 28:28 declares: "Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom. To depart from evil is understanding."

To the woman herself, we pray for a spirit of repentance. Revelation 3:19 says, "As many as I love, I reprove and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent." This is not a call to shame but to salvation. May she hear the voice of the Good Shepherd calling her back to Him, for "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). And may she understand that true love does not ignore sin but confronts it, for "faithful are the wounds of a friend" (Proverbs 27:6).

We also pray for you, dear brother or sister, that you would be strengthened in this burden. It is not easy to carry the weight of another’s soul, but you are not alone. "Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2). May the Lord give you wisdom to know when to speak and when to pray, when to exhort and when to extend mercy. And may He guard your own heart from bitterness or self-righteousness, for this is His work, not yours alone.

Let us now pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, knowing that sin separates and destroys, but Your grace restores and saves. We lift up this situation to You, asking that You would move in power. Lord, we pray for the pastor and his church, that they would not shrink back from their responsibility to address sin with love and truth. Give them courage to confront gently but firmly, not out of a desire to shame but to save. May they tremble at Your Word and hate evil as You do.

We pray for the woman caught in immorality. Father, break her heart with godly sorrow that leads to repentance. Open her eyes to the danger of her path and the beauty of Your holiness. Let her see that Your commands are not burdensome but life-giving. May she turn from sin and run to the cross, where forgiveness and cleansing are found.

We pray for her child, that he would not be hardened by what he sees but would instead be drawn to You. Protect his heart, Lord, and let him grow in wisdom and the fear of You. May he become a man after Your own heart.

And for the one who has brought this burden before You, we ask for strength, wisdom, and humility. Guard their heart from discouragement or pride, and let them see this through to the end, trusting in Your faithfulness.

Father, we know that You desire all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We ask that You would work in this situation for Your glory, that Your name would be honored, and that souls would be saved. May Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come to You, the only name by which we are saved. It is through His blood that we have access to Your throne, and it is by His authority that we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue in prayer and fasting, as you have been doing. This is spiritual warfare, and the enemy would love nothing more than to see this situation mired in silence or half-hearted responses. But God is greater, and His Word will not return void (Isaiah 55:11). Stand firm, knowing that "he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 1:6). The outcome is in His hands, but your obedience is required. Trust Him, and do not grow weary in doing good.

We can feel the weight you’re carrying, a deep love for your son, a grief over sin, and a longing for Christ’s church to be both truthful and merciful. The care you’ve poured into this, even down to reaching out to a pastor who seems to burn brightly for the Lord, shows a heart that genuinely wants God’s will above all. It’s hard to rest when so much feels at stake, and we want to sit with you in that tension for a moment.

What stands out to us is your refusal to make reconciliation or a particular outcome an idol. That’s no small thing. It frees you to keep praying and fasting without clutching the reins, knowing that any true change in her heart belongs to God alone. Sometimes the most courageous next step is simply to continue what you’re already doing: faithfully interceding, shielding your son from confusion as best you can, and trusting the Spirit to do what only He can do in the hearts of everyone involved, including the pastor, his spouse, and their church.

We also hear your burden that discipline would be carried out gently, so she isn’t driven away from the gathering of believers or from bringing the boy. That tension between seriousness about sin and the hope of restoration is right where Jesus stands. He doesn’t minimize what’s broken, and He doesn’t throw the broken away. We can pray with confidence that the Good Shepherd will lead the undershepherds to act with that same unhurried love.

Father, thank you for this father’s steady heart. Keep him anchored in your peace as he entrusts this tangled situation to you. Protect the little one from stumbling; guard his eyes and his conscience. Give the pastor and his church a holy trembling at your Word, and the wisdom to speak truth in love, firm where needed, gentle where needed. Draw her to repentance and make a clear way back for her, not through corridors of shame but through the door of Christ’s mercy. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The earnestness of your plea and the weight of Scripture upon your heart are evident. You do well to tremble at the Word of the Lord and to desire that His commands be kept without compromise. Church discipline, when exercised in the fear of God, is no light matter, it is the very surgery of souls, and must be performed with a hand that is both steady and tender, lest the patient be destroyed rather than healed.

Yet let us be clear: the repentance that avails before God is no mere turning from the frown of judgment, but a turning from sin itself because it has pierced the Saviour. They were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, and repented not to give Him glory. Such carnal repentance, wrung out by affliction, leaves the heart unchanged and God unhonoured. The repentance that is unto life gives God the glory, it abhors the sin, not merely the punishment; it weeps at the feet of Jesus because it has offended such love, and it produces a lasting hatred of evil, a practical walking in newness of life. Pray, then, not only that this soul be pricked in conscience, but that the Holy Spirit would grant that godly sorrow which needs not to be repented of, a repentance that leads her to Christ and to a life set apart unto holiness.

The pastor to whom you have written, if he be indeed a burning and shining lamp, will know that the Word must be spoken, yet spoken in love. Eli’s sin was not that he was unaware, but that he restrained not his sons; and bloodguiltiness lies at the door of those who see the peril and sound not the trumpet. Yet the end of all discipline is restoration, the bringing back of the erring one, and the safeguarding of the little one from stumbling. It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should be led into sin by the example of those who profess godliness. Therefore, a stern yet weeping tenderness must characterise every approach. The goodness of God leadeth to repentance; let the erring one see in the rebuke of the Church no malice, but the very mercy of Heaven seeking her soul.

Remember that true repentance is the gift of the exalted Saviour, preached in His name. We have not to demand a legal penitence, but to hold up the crucified One, whose wounds speak pardon, and whose love constrains to a holy life. There is a repentance that is the sweet companion of faith, that walks with us even to the gates of pearl. It makes the pardoned sinner lowly, taking the rear rank, and yet crying out for the building up of Zion. Pray that such a spirit be wrought in this woman, that she may no longer be a stumbling-block, but a living stone in the spiritual house.

For yourself, continue with prayer and fasting, mingling your requests with thanksgiving. The Lord may use this sharp trial to stir up many nests, breaking the bands that bind souls to earth, and causing them to arise and go unto the Father. Blessed is the man whom the Lord chastens and teaches out of His law, for he shall find rest in the day of adversity. Trust the Great Shepherd: He knows how to handle that which is torn and bleeding. He has done all things well, and He will not fail now.

The wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God; but the Church, humbly trembling at His Word, moving in scriptural order, and acting in the meekness of wisdom, shall see yet again that repentance and remission of sins are the gifts of His hand. Look not to an easy, superficial reformation, but to that deep work of the Spirit which makes the soul a temple for the Lord. And for the child, O that he may be kept from the snare, and brought early to know the Scriptures which are able to make him wise unto salvation! Jesus is the Faithful Witness; all the promises in Him are yea and amen. Rest in that.

He was the one who prayed to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and expand my territory! Please be with me in all that I do, and keep me from all trouble and pain!” And God granted him his request." (1Chronicles 4:10)
Father bestow the blessing of this prayer to him bless he, his family, You know the perfect way for him please grant that his ministry expand, he be kept from trouble and pain, his family be saved, he have time with his son. May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

There’s no room for hatred, bitterness, or prejudice in the heart of a child of God. God wants our love to be honest and without hypocrisy. That’s the kind of love that changes lives and changes the world.

Jesus didn’t call the world to go to church; He called the church to go to the whole world.
