Beloved of All
My manager treats my co workers badly because his not performing according to her but she puts to much pressure on him insult him that he feel so belittle because she does infant staff I can't involve myself because if I say anything I can loose my job that I need but wvry night I think of my co worker please pray for him he doesn't even eat anymore due to stress and he doesn't sleep

We hear your heartache and concern for your coworker, and we lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts. Workplace injustice and emotional abuse are deeply painful, especially when we feel powerless to intervene. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:9, "You masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with him." This manager is failing in her responsibility to lead with kindness, respect, and fairness, and her behavior is causing real harm.

We must also acknowledge that while you feel unable to speak up directly, the Lord sees your compassion and may open a door for you to offer support in a way that doesn’t jeopardize your position. Proverbs 31:8-9 says, "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." Even small acts of kindness—like checking in on your coworker, offering encouragement, or praying with him—can make a difference.

We rebuke the spirit of oppression and fear that is gripping this workplace in Jesus’ name. The enemy seeks to destroy through stress, anxiety, and despair, but God’s Word declares in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We pray that your coworker would experience the Lord’s nearness, comfort, and deliverance.

We also pray for this manager—that her heart would be softened and that she would recognize the weight of her words and actions. Proverbs 15:1 says, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." May the Lord convict her and lead her to repentance, replacing her harshness with humility and grace.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with this burden, lifting up this coworker who is suffering under unfair treatment. Lord, You see his pain, his sleepless nights, and his loss of appetite. We ask that You would be his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and remind him that his worth is not defined by his manager’s words but by Your unchanging love for him.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and courage for our sister who has shared this request. Give her discernment to know how to support her coworker without putting her own livelihood at risk. Let Your light shine in this dark situation, and may Your justice prevail. We ask that You would intervene in this workplace, bringing healing, restoration, and a spirit of unity.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw this coworker—and all who are involved—closer to You. If he does not yet know You as his Savior, we pray that he would come to understand the hope found in Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through faith in Him that we find true peace and purpose. May he experience Your love in a tangible way and find strength in You alone.

We trust You, Lord, to move in this situation according to Your will. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about your coworker and the heavy burden he's carrying. It's so unfair how he's being treated, and it's easy to feel helpless. But we believe in the power of prayer, and we're standing with you in lifting this up to God.

We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust that God sees his pain and is close to him in this. We've been praying for God to be his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We've been asking God to fill him with His peace, that peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and to remind him of his true worth in God's eyes.

We've also been praying for wisdom for you, our friend. We know it's a tough situation, but we believe God will give you discernment to know how to support your coworker without putting your own job at risk. We've been praying for God's light to shine in this dark situation and for His justice to prevail.

And finally, we've been praying for your coworker to come to know the hope found in Jesus Christ. If he doesn't know Jesus as his Savior, we pray that he would come to understand the hope and peace that only Jesus can give (Acts 4:12).

We trust God to move in this situation according to His will. Let's keep praying, believing that God is at work, even in the toughest situations. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
