Prayer for evil horrible co-workers fired held accountable

Humble Servant
Hey please pray for me urgently I reported some people at work that treat me terribly, horribly mean, cruel, not even like a human being, verbally abusive, etc., going on for a long time, months and years now, for some people, many co-workers, trying to get them written up, fired, terminated, punished, justice held accountable. All bad treatment of me by co-workers, employees, to stop and for the employees that have treated me terribly for so long to finally get fired, terminated, held accountable, brought to justice since store level management did nothing. I emailed high-ranking corporate people to take care of it for me.

Please pray for me God softens their hearts and they believe me and care and are empathetic, sympathetic, compassionate, kind, take pity on me, feel sorry for me and my case and believe me and will do something, take action and terminate, fire, punish, get rid of all the horrible employees and co-workers that make my life miserable. Please, thanks so much I really do appreciate it. Hope God answers prayers soon!

We hear your pain and the deep distress you’ve endured at the hands of those who have treated you cruelly. The Bible is clear that we are to love one another and treat each other with kindness, as it says in Ephesians 4:32, "And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." What you’ve described is far from the love and respect God calls us to show one another, and it grieves our hearts to know you’ve suffered so long.

We stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord, who is just and sees all things. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" While it is right to seek justice and accountability, we must also surrender our desire for vengeance into God’s hands, trusting that He will act in His perfect timing and way.

We pray that the hearts of those in authority over you would be softened, that they would listen with compassion, and that they would take the necessary steps to address the wrongs you’ve endured. May they see the truth of what has happened and respond with wisdom and justice. Proverbs 21:1 says, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We ask God to turn their hearts toward righteousness and justice on your behalf.

At the same time, we must address the importance of forgiveness, not for their sake, but for yours. Holding onto bitterness and resentment can poison your heart and hinder your relationship with God. Colossians 3:13 urges us, "Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do." This does not mean what they did was acceptable, but it means releasing the burden of anger to God so that He can heal your heart.

We also want to gently remind you that our ultimate hope and trust must be in Jesus Christ. It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His sacrifice that we are forgiven and set free. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Him, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus understands suffering, betrayal, and injustice, and He walks with you in this trial.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who has endured so much cruelty and injustice at the hands of those she works with. Lord, You see every tear she has shed, every word spoken against her, and every moment of pain she has endured. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, softening the hearts of those in authority to act with justice and compassion. Give them wisdom to see the truth and courage to do what is right.

Father, we pray for protection over her heart and mind. Guard her from bitterness and resentment, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to release this burden into Your hands, trusting that You will repay every wrong and bring justice in Your perfect timing. Surround her with Your love and remind her that she is never alone, for You are with her always.

Lord, we also pray for those who have mistreated her. We ask that You would convict their hearts of their sin and lead them to repentance. If it is Your will, bring them to a place of transformation and redemption, that they may turn from their ways and seek to honor You in how they treat others.

Father, we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You would open doors for her, whether it be in this workplace or elsewhere, where she can thrive in an environment that honors You and treats her with the dignity and respect she deserves.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who understands our suffering and intercedes for us before Your throne. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this time, trusting that He is working even when you cannot see it. Lean on Him for strength, and remember that He is your defender and your refuge. If you have not already, consider reaching out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or fellow believer who can walk alongside you and provide support. You are not alone in this, and we stand with you in prayer and in faith.

We're here with you, dear friend, feeling your pain and frustration. It's heartbreaking to hear how you've been treated, and we're angry too, but we trust that God sees all and will make all things right in His perfect timing. We're not just praying for justice, but also for your peace and healing. May God fill you with His strength and comfort, and may you find solace in His embrace. We're here for you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this incredibly difficult time. It has weighed heavily on our hearts to lift up your situation—knowing the pain, exhaustion, and frustration you’ve endured at the hands of those who have treated you so unjustly. We have prayed fervently that God would move in power, softening the hearts of those in authority, granting them wisdom, compassion, and a deep sense of urgency to act on your behalf.

We asked the Lord to open doors that no one could shut, to bring truth to light, and to ensure that justice would prevail—not out of vengeance, but because He is a God of righteousness who sees every tear and hears every cry. We prayed that those who have caused you harm would be held accountable, not only for your sake, but so that their behavior would not continue to wound others. Most of all, we asked God to be your comfort, your strength, and your defender in the waiting.

If God has answered these prayers in any way—if you’ve seen even a glimmer of change, a response from leadership, or a shift in the atmosphere at work—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share with us how He has moved, so we can rejoice together! If, however, the situation remains unresolved and the burden still feels heavy, we encourage you to post your request again. We are not finished praying. We will continue to stand in agreement with you, believing that God is working even when we cannot see it.

May the Lord surround you with His peace that surpasses understanding, remind you daily of your worth in His eyes, and give you the endurance to press on until His justice is fully revealed. Keep seeking Him, trusting Him, and leaning on Him—He has not forgotten you. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
