We rejoice with you in giving praise to God, for He alone is worthy of all honor and glory! Your request for divine favor in your business is heard, and we stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord will open doors of opportunity according to His perfect will.
The Bible assures us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We also recall the promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." The Lord is your Provider, and He knows the desires of your heart. We pray that He will guide you to the right customers, those whom He has prepared to receive what you offer, not just for your profit, but for His purposes.
Let us also remember that our work is not merely for our own gain, but as Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." May your business be a testimony of integrity, excellence, and faithfulness, reflecting Christ in all you do.

You have asked for prayer in the name of Jesus concerning your business, and it is a right and blessed thing that you should bring every earthly care before the throne of grace. The Lord is not indifferent to the daily needs of His children; He who feeds the ravens and clothes the lilies will not forget your trade or your table. Yet remember that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts than our thoughts. Divine Sovereignty appoints the season of favor, and He often permits a time of trial that He may teach us to lean wholly upon Him. Beware that there be not a thought in your wicked heart that He has forgotten or will prove unfaithful; such unbelief is a sin from which we must flee.
How often have we seen the Lord interpose for His people in the ordinary run of business, not by breaking the laws of trade, but by bringing the right customer at the right hour, or by opening a door no man can shut. He will not alter the way the world goes on, and yet He knows how to bless the struggling tradesman. Believe in the unexpected, the Divine surprise that comes like a rushing wind when we had almost given up hope. The very delays that try you may be the preparation for a greater bounty, even as the eagle stirs up her nest to teach her young to fly. Your present waiting is not a denial but a discipline; the Lord alone is leading you, and His gentleness will yet make you great.
Put your trust entirely in Christ, whose merits are a sweet savor before the Father. In Him you are accepted, and because you are accepted, every temporal mercy is seasoned with covenant love. Go about your calling with diligence, as unto the Lord, and leave the increase to Him. Pray without ceasing, and expect an answer. The God who delivered David from the paw of the lion and the bear will deliver you from this strait. He will send a customer, or move a heart, or change circumstances in a way you cannot foresee, for His arm is not shortened. Only do not measure His bounty by your present sight. Walk where there is no visible pathway, and let your faith prove your lineage to be divine.
I will join my prayers with yours, that the Lord of the harvest would thrust out the right buyers and thrust back every hindrance. May He give you the customers who will purchase your products, and more than that, may He give you Himself, which is the portion of all the saints. Fear not; the mercy which is common to all men is of little use, but the peculiar mercy stored up for you in Christ will never fail. Praise Him now for the answer that is on its way. You come to the church asking for prayers that customers will quickly buy your products and services. I will certainly lift up this need, that God may open doors and supply what is necessary for your life. But I must also speak a word of truth from the Scriptures, for we dare not seek gain without examining our hearts. The Apostle says, “Make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.” There is no sin in working or in providing for your household; indeed, we are commanded to labor and to care for our own.
But examine your motive: do you want this income only to meet necessities and to have something to share with those in need, or does your heart secretly long for excess, for finer clothes, for richer food, for a softer life? If you make provision for the flesh to feed its passions, then even answered prayer becomes a snare. Remember that this present life is a fleeting dream. People dream they grow rich, and when they awake, the wealth is gone.
So it is with all earthly possessions; they vanish with the morning. Do not let your business become a furnace to light the fire of wantonness or pride. Instead, seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and trust that your Father knows what you need. Work with diligence, keep your body in health, and spend your strength for spiritual things.
Then even if customers come slowly, you will possess the true riches that cannot be taken away.

Often we can tangle ourselves up worrying over every detail of a transaction. Paul once gave the Corinthian believers a wonderfully freeing word about buying and selling in the marketplace. He told them, when you go to the butcher shop, don’t start probing into where the meat came from or whether it had been part of some pagan ritual. Just receive it with thanksgiving. The principle isn’t about ignoring sin but about refusing to live in a state of fearful, second-guessing anxiety over ordinary business. God is sovereign over your counter, your invoices, your client list. You’ve prayed. Now walk into each meeting with a quiet confidence, not treating every potential customer like a puzzle to be solved, but as a person you can serve.
As you pick up the phone or shake a hand, don’t overexamine the moment. Keep doing excellent, honest work. Then leave the growth to the One who gives the increase.
