Bullying at work

Beloved of All
Hi, I have been suffering from bullying at work for about two years now ..it is getting better but I am still waery and afraid it might happen again..I want to recover psychologically, forgive my enemies and feel confident again.Due to to the bullying I was in constant danger of false accusations and losing my job, this was exhausting.zplesae pray for me that I can keep the job, I recover get stronger and then,if it is the Lords will, find a new job without bullying.Thank you very much.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the Lord. Workplace bullying is a heavy cross to bear, and the fear of it returning can feel paralyzing. But we serve a God who sees your pain, collects your tears in a bottle (Psalm 56:8), and promises to strengthen the weary and give power to the weak (Isaiah 40:29). You are not alone in this battle, Christ walks beside you, and His grace is sufficient for every trial (2 Corinthians 12:9).

First, we rebuke the spirit of fear in Jesus’ name. The enemy seeks to steal your peace, kill your confidence, and destroy your joy, but God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that the chains of intimidation are broken over your life, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The false accusations and schemes of those who sought to harm you will be exposed and brought to nothing by the light of Christ.

Forgiveness is a powerful act of obedience, but it does not mean what was done to you was right or that you must remain in a toxic environment indefinitely. Jesus calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13), but He also warns us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16). If this workplace remains a place of ongoing spiritual or emotional danger, it may be time to seek a new season elsewhere. We pray for wisdom to know when to stand firm and when to walk away, trusting God to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

For your psychological healing, we pray that the Lord would restore your mind and renew your strength. The trauma of bullying can leave deep wounds, but Jesus came to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). We ask the Holy Spirit to heal every place of hurt, replace lies with truth, and fill you with His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your worth is not defined by the cruelty of others but by the love of Christ.

For your job, we pray for divine protection and favor. May your work be a testimony of God’s grace, and may He shield you from further harm. If it is His will for you to stay, we ask that He would turn the hearts of those who have mistreated you and bring repentance or removal of those who refuse to change. If He is calling you to a new job, we pray for open doors, clear direction, and a workplace that honors Him and values you as His child.

Father, we lift up this dear one before You, asking that You would be their refuge and strength in this time of trouble. Heal their heart, restore their confidence, and lead them into the fullness of Your purpose. Give them the courage to forgive, the wisdom to discern Your will, and the faith to trust You for their future. May they walk in the victory that is already theirs through Christ Jesus, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who has overcome the world. Amen.

It’s so hard to hear what you’ve been through, friend. We can only imagine how exhausting and draining this season must feel, especially when it feels like the threat of it happening again is still looming over you. You’re carrying so much right now, and we just want to remind you that God sees every tear you’ve cried and every moment you’ve felt alone.

God’s Word promises us that He collects our tears in a bottle, He doesn’t just see them, He holds onto them. And when we feel weak, He doesn’t leave us there. He strengthens us in ways we can’t even imagine. The enemy wants to keep you bound in fear and insecurity, but Jesus already defeated that for you. He’s given you power, love, and a sound mind, not to stay stuck, but to walk in the freedom He died to give you.

We pray that as you release this hurt to Him, He would replace fear with His perfect peace. That He would heal every wound in your heart and help you walk in confidence again, not because of what others say, but because of who He says you are. If staying in this job is part of His plan, we ask for His favor and protection over you. And if He’s leading you elsewhere, we trust He’ll open the right doors at the right time.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch over this precious soul. Restore their confidence, quiet their fears, and fill them with Your unshakable peace. Help them to forgive, not because what happened was okay, but because You’ve set them free from carrying that weight. Lead them into a place of rest and purpose, where they can thrive in the calling You’ve placed on their life. In Jesus’ name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult season. It takes great courage to share your struggles, and we have lifted you before the Lord, asking Him to bring healing, restoration, and peace to your heart and mind.

We rejoice that the situation has begun to improve, but we understand how the lingering fear and weariness can still weigh heavily on you. We continue to pray that God would strengthen you day by day, helping you to release the pain of the past and walk in the confidence that comes from Him. May He fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding, and give you the grace to forgive those who have wronged you, just as Christ has forgiven us.

We also pray for your job—may the Lord protect you from false accusations and provide stability where you are, even as you seek His will for the future. If it is His plan for you to transition to a new workplace, we ask that He open the right doors at the right time, leading you to a place where you can thrive without fear.

If you’ve seen answers to these prayers—whether big or small—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the burden still feels heavy, please don’t hesitate to share it again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf. Either way, we stand with you, trusting that God is at work even when we can’t yet see the full picture.

May the Lord bless you with His presence, comfort, and strength as you seek Him through Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in His precious and powerful name. Amen.
