And thank You for raising Jesus from the dead, defeating death, and sending The Holy Spirit, the Counselor, Advocate, Helper, Intercessor and Giver of Life, John 6:63.

We specifically ask for protection from deception and lies, Matt 24:4-8, John 8:44, Rev 12:9, from greed, Lk 12:15, Heb 13:5 and may You perform it by granting contentment, 1 Tim 6:6-9, Phil 4:11-13. Let Your Bride walk in the light, 1 Jn 1:7, help us make ourselves ready, Rev 19:7-10. It seems only You can do this for You who begin a good work ultimately bring it to completion, Phil 1:6, You perfect that which concerns us, Ps 138:8, perhaps we do not have because we do not ask, James 4:2? May it not be said on that day that we did not ask for the holiness without which no one will see You, Lord, Heb 12:14. Jesus clearly taught, "Blessed are the pure in heart , for THEY shall see God, Matt 5:8, when we come out of their midst and are separate, 2 Cor 6:17-18, perfect holiness in the fear of The Lord, 2 Cor 7:1, You are ready to punish all disobedience once our obedience is complete, 2 Cor 10:6.

Protect us all from sin, Zeph 3:13, Ps 119:11, Rev 14:5, let us not enter into temptation, Mk 14:38, Lk 11:4, keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, and keep us on Your path of increasing clarity, Prov 4:18, Col 1:9, Col 4:12, Phil 1:9-11. Sanctify us in Your Truth, Your Word is Truth, John 17:17, James 1:18, 2 Tim 3:16, especially when rightly divided, 2 Tim 2:15, with careful attention to our lives and teaching, 1 Tim 4:16.

Protect us from the dragon's false doctrine and persecution spewing across the world, Rev 12:15. Help restrain these evils, 2 Thes 2:7, and use godly government to restrain and punish evil, 1 Tim 2:1-4; Rev 12:16, Rom 13:1-7. We pray for grace to stay on the alert, Mk 13:33, for strength to escape all that's coming and stand before The Son of Man, Luke 21:36.

We ask antichrist be revealed, slain and annihilated, 2 Thes 2:8, that the saints are guarded from buying into his system, Rev 13:6, and that he, the false prophet and devil be fully and finally sentenced forever, Rev 20:10. May we fear you, Ecclesiastes 12:13, Rev 14:6-7, and knowing the fear of The Lord persuade people to prepare for The Judgement Seat of Christ, 2 Cor 5:10-11. Help us be wise and win souls, Prov 11:30, lead many to righteousness, Dan 12:3, instruct many, Mal 2:5-6, Matt 28:20.

We join together with you in this urgent and scriptural cry for protection by the blood of Jesus and for guarding from deception, and we say amen to your desire to be kept by the Word, by prayer, by faithful preaching and teaching, by church attendance and fellowship, by praise and worship, by intercession and thanksgiving and by faithful evangelism.

We agree that the enemy is a deceiver and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one as it says in 1 John 5:19, and that the coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deception of wickedness for those who are being lost, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved in 2 Thess 2:9-10. We also rejoice with you in the victory we have, for they overcame him because of the Lamb's blood, and because of the word of their testimony in Rev 12:11, and that the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin in 1 John 1:7.

We thank our Father in heaven with you for His light and truth, oh send out your light and your truth, let them lead me, let them bring me to your holy hill in Psalm 43:3. We thank Him that no one can come to Jesus unless the Father draws him in John 6:44, and that the Father has revealed Christ to us, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven in Matt 16:17, and that we are in Christ Jesus, who was made to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption in 1 Cor 1:30. We thank Him for faith in the blood through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus whom God set forth to be an atoning sacrifice, through faith in his blood in Rom 3:25, and that by his wounds we are healed as promised in Isa 53:5 and 1 Pet 2:24, and that the Spirit is the one who gives life in John 6:63.

We join you in asking for protection from deception and lies, for Jesus warned take heed that no one leads you astray in Matt 24:4, and that the devil is a liar and the father of lies in John 8:44, and that the great dragon who deceives the whole world was thrown down in Rev 12:9. We ask with you for deliverance from greed, for we are warned to beware, keep yourselves from covetousness in Luke 12:15, and to be content with what we have for he has said I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you in Heb 13:5, and that godliness with contentment is great gain in 1 Tim 6:6. We pray that we may learn in whatever state we are, to be content in Phil 4:11.

We pray that we as the Bride of Christ will walk in the light as he is in the light in 1 John 1:7 and make ourselves ready, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready in Rev 19:7. We trust Him who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ in Phil 1:6 and that Yahweh will fulfill that which concerns us in Psalm 138:8. We do not want to be among those who have not because they do not ask in James 4:2, so we ask for that holiness without which no man will see the Lord in Heb 12:14, and we remember blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God in Matt 5:8. We hear the call to come out from among them, and be separate says the Lord in 2 Cor 6:17 and to cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God in 2 Cor 7:1.

We pray with you, lead us not into temptation in Luke 11:4 and watch and pray, that you not enter into temptation in Mark 14:38, and we plead the prayer of Jesus that the Father would keep us from the evil one in John 17:15, and hide your word in our hearts that we might not sin against you in Psalm 119:11, that no lie would be found in our mouths as in Rev 14:5 and Zeph 3:13. Keep us on the path of the righteous which is as the dawning light, that shines more and more until the perfect day in Prov 4:18, and sanctify us in your truth, your word is truth in John 17:17, and cleanse us by the washing of water with the word in Eph 5:26, the word of truth in Eph 1:13. We ask for grace to rightly divide the word of truth in 2 Tim 2:15 and to pay attention to ourselves and to our teaching and continue in these things in 1 Tim 4:16.

We pray for protection from false brothers in 2 Cor 11:26, from those holding a form of godliness but denying its power in 2 Tim 3:5, and from deceivers who do not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh in 2 John 1:7, and we will test the spirits whether they are of God in 1 John 4:1. We ask that the mystery of lawlessness already at work be restrained as in 2 Thess 2:7 and that our governing authorities would be used to restrain evil and praise what is good in Rom 13:1-7, and we pray for all who are in high places that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence in 1 Tim 2:2.

We watch and pray with you, watch therefore, for you do not know when the time is in Mark 13:33, and we ask for strength to escape all these things that will happen, and to stand before the Son of Man in Luke 21:36, that our whole body may be full of light, having no part dark in Luke 11:36, renouncing hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully in 2 Cor 4:2.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses us and for the stripes of Jesus by which we are healed, and for raising Him from the dead and giving us Your Holy Spirit. Guard us by Your Word and by the fellowship of the saints not forsaking our own assembling together as the custom of some is in Heb 10:25. Keep us from deception, from greed, from sin and from the evil one. Make us pure in heart and holy as You are holy. Let Your light and truth lead us to Your holy hill. Help us to fear You and keep Your commandments for this is the whole duty of man in Eccles 12:13, and to know the fear of the Lord and persuade men in 2 Cor 5:11, to be wise and win souls for he who is wise wins souls in Prov 11:30 and to turn many to righteousness as stars forever and ever in Dan 12:3. Reveal and slay the lawless one with the breath of Your mouth and bring to nothing by the brightness of Your coming in 2 Thess 2:8, and finally cast the devil who deceived them into the lake of fire in Rev 20:10. Keep us from buying into his system and help us to overcome by the blood of the Lamb. Guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus with Your peace which surpasses all understanding in Phil 4:7. We ask all this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12, amen.

We were grateful to read your prayer for protection and clarity. Your love for Jesus and your care for your family, friends, pastors and fellow believers comes through so clearly, and we join you in that desire to walk in light and truth day by day.

Carrying a burden for holiness and discernment for so many people you love can feel heavy, as if you must get everything right all at once. What has encouraged us is remembering that growth in this area is more like training than trying. Like preparing for a long race, it is small, regular practices over time that shape us. Staying rooted in the Word, in prayer, in faithful preaching and teaching, and in steady fellowship where we can listen, ask honest questions and encourage one another, slowly forms a life that more readily recognizes what is true.

If it helps in this season, keep it simple and sustainable. Choose one or two steady rhythms you can keep with others, perhaps a consistent time in the Word and prayer and regular gathering with your church family, and let those be places where God steadies and guides you. You do not have to carry this alone.

Father, thank You for drawing us to Jesus and for the hope we have in His blood. Keep our hearts and minds in Christ, lead us in Your truth, and help us walk in light with love for You and for one another. Make us attentive to Your voice and faithful in the small steps before us today. In Jesus name, amen.

Your prayer has in it the very marrow of true religion and I thank God that He has taught you to pray thus. You have begun where all true prayer must begin, with thanksgiving for light and truth to lead you, for the Father's drawing to Jesus, and for faith in the blood of Jesus Christ which cleanses from all sin. There is no other hope for a sinner. We are washed not by our tears or our resolves but by that precious blood, and healed not by our own doings but by the stripes that wounded our Lord. And you have rightly given thanks that Jesus being raised has sent the Holy Spirit to be our Counselor and Helper, for without His life giving work we should remain dead in sin.

You ask to be kept from deception and from the lies of the evil one, and this is a prayer which the times most urgently require. Our Lord warned that deceivers would come and that false professors would creep in unawares, having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof. You do well to ask to be guarded by the Word, by prayer, by faithful preaching and teaching, and by the fellowship of the saints. The Word of Truth is that washing of water by which Christ sanctifies His people. Be much in it, and be careful to rightly divide it, giving heed both to your life and to your doctrine, for so you shall both save yourself and those that hear you. Try the spirits whether they are of God, and walk in the light as He is in the light, that your whole body may be full of light with no dark part in it.

You have also prayed for holiness, and I must press this upon you as the Scripture does. Without holiness, practical, personal, vital holiness, no man shall see the Lord. It will not suffice to have correct notions in the head while the heart remains impure. Some have perverted the doctrine of grace and said that imputed holiness is enough, but that is to turn the grace of God into licentiousness. The holiness of Christ imputed to us for our justification is a glorious truth, for we have no righteousness of our own, and He has woven a perfect righteousness which covers the sinner from head to foot. Yet the same grace which justifies also sanctifies. Morality may wash the outside, but holiness is having a clean inside. It is separation from the world, consecration to God, and a life kept unspotted from the world. Charity without purity will be of no use, and purity without charity is not Christlike. You may perish as well with true doctrines as with false if you pervert true doctrine into an excuse for sin.

Take comfort in this, that holiness is not wrought by your strength alone. He who began a good work will perfect it. The covenant promise stands, I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me, and I will not turn away from them, to do them good. This is perseverance in holiness. The Christian is kept not because he holds fast with a feeble hand, but because God holds him fast and will not let him go. Yet this same promise is the reason you must follow after holiness with all diligence. A changed nature abhors sin. If grace has made you a lamb, you will not delight to redden your lips with blood. You will hunger for that which is pure and holy because your Father is holy.

Therefore keep on as you have begun. Continue in the Word, continue in prayer, continue under faithful preaching where Christ is lifted up, and forsake not the assembling of yourselves together. The Lord uses these means to keep His people from the dragon's flood of false doctrine and to restrain evil. Stay upon the alert and watch unto prayer. Fear God and keep His commandments, and seek to win souls to righteousness, for he that winneth souls is wise.

We will join our prayer to yours, that the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony may overcome the accuser, that you may be kept from temptation and from the evil one, that you may be guarded from false brethren and from every deceit, and that the peace of God which passes all understanding may keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus, till you see Him as He is and are made like Him. Amen.
