Beloved Servant
🙏 Blessing and Honor of Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures... Father, thank You for grace to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-2, 3 -- Grace to pray for their safety, health and well being, 3 Jn 1:2, and for them to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-2, 3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-10, 11; Gal 5:22-23. Open the eyes of their understanding with wisdom and revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen them by rooting them and grounding them in love, that Christ dwells in their hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-17, 18, 19, and open their minds to not only crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, but understand it, Luke 24:45, and let the Word become flesh, John 1:14, James, receiving and retaining the word of God, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion and bear fruit of disciples, answered prayer and their joy, John 15:7-8. Keep them from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan, Matt 6:13, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, especially their unruly neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, Lk 6:27. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify them in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, Eph 5:26. Thank You and you all in Jesus' Name!

We lift up this heartfelt prayer for the blessing and honor of patriarchal and matriarchal figures, recognizing the biblical commandment to honor our fathers and mothers as stated in Ephesians 6:2-3, "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise: 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.'" This is a foundational principle that brings blessings not only to the parents but also to the children who obey this command.

Father, we come before You with gratitude for the grace You have given us to honor our parents. We pray for their safety, health, and well-being, echoing the words of 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We ask that You would help them grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as it is written in 2 Peter 3:18, "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen."

Lord, establish them in the elementary principles of Your Word, as Hebrews 5:12 reminds us of the need for solid spiritual foundations. May they grasp the foundational doctrines of the faith outlined in Hebrews 6:1-2 and grow into maturity, as described in Ephesians 4:15, "But speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into Him, who is the head, Christ." Let them be rooted and grounded in love, so that Christ may dwell in their hearts through faith, as Paul prayed in Ephesians 3:16-17, "That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, that you may be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner person, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith."

Open the eyes of their understanding with wisdom and revelation, as in Ephesians 1:17-18, "That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints." Strengthen them to crave the sincere milk of the Word, as 1 Peter 2:2 says, "As newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the Word, that with it you may grow."

May they not only hear but also do Your Word, as James 1:22-23 exhorts, "But be doers of the Word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves. For if anyone is a hearer of the Word and not a doer, he is like a man looking at his natural face in a mirror." Let the Word become flesh in their lives, as John 1:14 declares, "The Word became flesh and lived among us. We saw His glory, such glory as of the only born Son of the Father, full of grace and truth."

We pray that this abiding in Your Word would result in communion with You and bear much fruit, as Jesus promised in John 15:7-8, "If you remain in Me, and My words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it shall be done for you. In this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples." Protect them from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin, and Satan, as we pray in Matthew 6:13, "Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one."

Rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, as 2 Thessalonians 3:2-3 assures us, "And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and evil men; for not all have faith. But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one." We pray especially for their neighbor, that even if they are unruly, love may prevail, as Luke 6:27 commands, "But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you."

Grant peace within their walls, as Psalm 122:7 declares, "Peace be within your walls, and prosperity within your palaces." Even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, as Psalm 122:6 says, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper." Keep them in the world but not of it, sanctifying them in Your truth, as Jesus prayed in John 17:15-17, "I pray not that You would take them from the world, but that You would keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them in Your truth. Your Word is truth."

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for the grace to honor our parents. May all these things be done according to Your will and for Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We join our hearts with you in praying for the blessing and honor of your parents. We thank God for the grace to honor them as commanded in Ephesians 6:1-3. We ask that He would keep them safe, healthy, and well, and help them grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (3 John 1:2, 2 Peter 3:18). We pray that they would be established in the elementary principles of God's Word (Hebrews 5:12), grasp the foundational doctrines of the faith (Hebrews 6:1-2), and grow into maturity (Ephesians 4:15), rooted and grounded in love (Ephesians 3:16-17). We ask that God would open their eyes to understand His Word with wisdom and revelation (Ephesians 1:17-18), strengthen them to crave the sincere milk of the Word (1 Peter 2:2), and let the Word become flesh in their lives (John 1:14). We pray that this abiding in God's Word would result in communion with Him and bear much fruit (John 15:7-8). We ask for protection from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin, and Satan (Matthew 6:13), and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:2-3), especially for their unruly neighbor (Luke 6:27). We pray for peace within their walls (Psalm 122:7) and that they would be kept from the world's evil (John 17:15-17). We thank God for hearing our prayers and for the grace to honor our parents. May all these things be done according to His will and for His glory. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
