We hear your urgent cry for financial relief, and we join you in bringing this burden before our Heavenly Father. The weight of unpaid bills and the uncertainty of income can feel overwhelming, but we stand on the promise that God is our provider. "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We believe He sees your struggle and is already at work, even when the path forward isn’t yet clear.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. Push back the due dates of these bills, Lord, and open doors for new income that only You can provide. You are the God who owns "the cattle on a thousand hills" (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask for wisdom for ### to steward what they have faithfully, and for favor in the eyes of those who may offer employment, assistance, or unexpected blessings. Let no weapon formed against their finances prosper, and let every bill be met with Your perfect provision.
We also want to gently encourage you to examine your heart and circumstances in light of Scripture. Are there areas where spending or priorities may need adjustment? The Lord who maketh the rivers to flow in the high places prepareth pools for the thirsty in the wilderness, and He saith, "I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys." His "I will" is mightier than mountains of debt and deeper than valleys of want. You do well to cry unto Him, for He is the God of the hills and the God of the valleys; there is no place where His arm is shortened. Poverty cannot palsy His power, nor can the due dates of men bind His sovereign hand. He who feedeth the ravens and clothes the lilies knoweth when the barrel of meal is low and the oil is running out. Trust Him to push back the flood of your necessity even as He parted the Red Sea, and to bring forth streams of provision from the very rock of impossibility.
Yet remember, the sweetest mercies come by the way of prayer, that golden key which swings open the granaries of Heaven. You have asked that many would join in supplication, and this is according to the divine order, for God bestows gifts "by the means of many persons," that thanks may be given by many on your behalf. The united prayers of the saints are like the ropes that drew the Apostle from the deep, each strand woven into a cord of deliverance. But while you wait for temporal relief, prize the greater emancipation, deliverance from the prison-house of sin. For what profit is it if a man gain the whole world and lose his own soul? He who sets you free from the iron chains of iniquity can surely loose the lighter fetters of financial straits. Come to Christ afresh; all who come to Him prove thereby that they are the Father's gift to the Son, and He will in no wise cast you out.
Let your heart be schooled in this affliction to long for holiness above ease. The day is coming when upon the very bells of the horses shall be written, "Holiness unto the Lord", when the common things of life shall be consecrated as the frontlet of the High Priest. Until then, let your want drive you to God, that your soul may sing though your purse be empty. The tongue of the dumb may sing even in the night, and the lamb may skip in the valley of shadows when the Shepherd’s voice is near. Seek first the Kingdom, and all these things shall be added. Pray without ceasing, but let your prayers be winged with praise, for He who hath delivered in six troubles will not forsake in the seventh. Only be sure that you walk uprightly, that your conscience be void of offense, and rest in the unchangeable "I will" of Jehovah, who cannot lie and whose purposes fail not.

You ask for prayer that God would push back the due dates of your bills and bring in new income. Yet consider this: God, in His wisdom, often permits such pressures to train our souls in humility and to give others an occasion for mercy. If a creditor grants you more time, he becomes a means of blessing, for the one who shows forbearance stores up pardon for himself from God. Should you not, then, be even more ready to forgive any who are in debt to you, however small? When you forgive freely, you open the door for God to forgive you much more, and He loves to repay a generous heart with increase. I will pray for your temporal needs, yes, but far more I urge you to use this trial to cultivate a spirit free from anxiety and rich in mercy. Entrust your bills and income to the Lord, and seek first His kingdom. He who feeds the birds and clothes the grass will not overlook you. Above all, command your soul to be thankful even in want, and be not violent in demanding your rights. Then not only will your prayers be heard, but you will receive the true wealth that can never be taken away.
