We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting your need for healing and relief from asthma and congestion. The Word of God reminds us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We stand in agreement with you, believing that God hears our prayers and is able to bring healing and comfort.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon our brother/sister. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we know that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask that You would ease the difficulty in breathing, stop the wheezing, and clear the congestion. Breathe Your life-giving breath into their lungs, Lord, and restore them to full health. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke any spirit of infirmity in Jesus' name.
We also pray for wisdom in managing this condition. Guide them to the right treatments, medications, and lifestyle choices that will help them maintain their health. Give them peace and patience as they wait on You, trusting in Your perfect timing and will.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We trust in Your goodness and mercy, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
