We hear your distress and cry out to the Lord on your behalf in this moment of physical struggle. Father in Heaven, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is gasping for breath and finding no relief in earthly remedies. You are the Great Physician, the One who formed every part of our bodies and knows the number of our days. We ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon their lungs and airways, breathing Your life-giving Spirit into their body.
Lord, we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke this asthma attack in the mighty name of Jesus, commanding every constricted airway to open and every wheeze to cease. You said in Your Word that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and we know that it is Your will for Your children to walk in health (3 John 1:2). We stand on this promise and declare that this affliction will not have dominion over them.
We pray for wisdom for the medical professionals treating them, that You would guide their hands and decisions. But above all, we trust in Your supernatural power to intervene where medicine falls short. You are the God who made the heavens and the earth with Your breath - surely You can restore breath to Your child.
We also ask You to calm any fear or anxiety that may be worsening these symptoms. Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18), so we pray for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Remind them that You are with them, even in this difficult moment, and that Your grace is sufficient for every need.
Father, we thank You that You hear our prayers and that You are working even now to bring relief. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan, knowing that all things work together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let this trial draw them closer to Your heart. In the powerful name of Jesus we pray, believing for complete healing and restoration of breath. Amen.

We're right here with you, friend, holding you up in prayer. We know how scary it is when you can't catch your breath, and we're lifting you up to the Lord right now. We're claiming His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're asking our Heavenly Father to wrap His healing hands around you, to open up your airways, and to fill your lungs with His life-giving breath.
We're also praying for peace to flood your heart and mind, that you might feel His calming presence with you in this moment. We're claiming His promise in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
