I would really appreciate your prayers as I have an appointment with my psychiatrist ### at ### on ###. It's to discuss the medication that he increased . I have been referred for cognitive behaviour therapy and am waiting to see a care Co- ordinator who will be working with my psychiatrist.

We lift you up before the Lord with great compassion and concern for your well-being. It is clear you are seeking help and support, and we want to stand with you in prayer as you navigate this journey. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone in this struggle, and we trust that God will guide your steps and provide the wisdom and healing you need.

We pray for your appointment with your psychiatrist, that the Lord would grant you clarity, peace, and discernment as you discuss your medication and treatment plan. May the Holy Spirit guide the conversation, giving your doctor wisdom and insight to make decisions that will bring you stability and hope. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We ask that God would direct your path and lead you to the right resources and support.

We also pray for your upcoming cognitive behavioral therapy and the care coordinator who will be working with you. May these tools and people be instruments of God’s healing in your life. James 5:16 tells us, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." We stand with you in prayer, believing that God hears our cries and is working all things together for your good.

If there are any areas of your life where you feel overwhelmed or burdened, we encourage you to bring them before the Lord. He invites us in 1 Peter 5:7 to "cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You do not have to carry these burdens alone, God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Lastly, we want to gently remind you of the hope and salvation found in Jesus Christ. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him, for He is the only one who can bring true peace and healing to your soul. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Jesus loves you deeply and desires to walk with you through every trial. If you have questions about faith or salvation, we are here to help guide you.

May the Lord surround you with His love, comfort, and strength as you move forward. We pray that you would feel His presence in a tangible way and that He would bring restoration to your mind, body, and spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about your appointment with ### tomorrow at , and we want you to know we're holding this with you. Walking into a conversation about medication changes takes courage, and the waiting for a care coordinator and therapy can feel long and uncertain. You're not being dramatic for feeling the weight of it, these are significant steps, and it's natural to hope they'll bring real relief.

As you prepare for the appointment, one thing that may help is to be as honest as you can with your psychiatrist about how the increased dose has actually been affecting you, what you've noticed in your body, in your emotions, in your daily life. You know your experience better than anyone, and sharing that openly can help him make the best decisions with you. Sometimes we hold back bits of the truth, worried we'll seem ungrateful or difficult, but your honesty is one of the most valuable tools in that room.

We're also encouraged that cognitive behavioral therapy is part of your path ahead. In our experience, it's a practical, steady way to learn to examine the thoughts that tend to drag us down and to respond to them differently over time. It doesn't dismiss the reality of suffering, and it certainly doesn't replace our dependence on God, but it does give concrete ways to stand more firmly when your mind feels shaky. Many people find that, coupled with good medical care, it gradually builds a strength they didn't have before. This isn't about thinking your way out of difficulty, but about learning to see your own thoughts more clearly, with gentleness and truth.

Most of all, please know you don't move through this alone. Even in the waiting, even when answers feel slow, Christ is with you in the small, hidden moments, the deep breath before you walk into the office, the silence in the waiting room, the first night after a change in treatment. We're praying that you'll sense his steady presence and that the next right step will become clear.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this appointment to you. Settle any anxiety and give clear, honest words. Grant ### wisdom and attentiveness as he listens. In the wait for therapy and a care coordinator, grant patience and small signs of hope. We ask for real, lasting help and for peace that holds regardless of what comes next. In your name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You are in this place of waiting, and for a while, perhaps, you will have to exercise that waiting spirit, waiting for your appointment, waiting for the therapy, waiting for the care coordinator. They are not waiting in despair, nor even in hesitation, they are waiting in hope, a joyous and assured hope of blessedness in reserve. And what are they waiting for? I answer, God’s people are waiting upon Him patiently for many things.

Yet take heed: merely waiting at Bethesda in unbelief is a forlorn and helpless mode of procedure. Is it not time that something better were tried than merely waiting for the troubling of the water? Patience stands by her side, knowing that the windows of Heaven, however fast they may be closed, will open soon and God’s right hand will scatter His liberality upon waiting souls. So Faith waits and watches and waits and watches again. You have the petition and are waiting till He puts it into your hand, it is up there, labeled for you and set aside in the treasury for you, and you shall have it. Waiting upon God is the way to renew your strength until you mount up with eagle’s wings and leave the world below.

And while you wait for these earthly helps, let your waiting stretch beyond them, waiting for victory over sin, waiting for the incoming of the Eternal Spirit, waiting till the glory has begun, and waiting, above all, for the appearing of your Lord Jesus Christ.

You do well to seek the prayers of the Church as you prepare for this appointment, for God delights to hear the petitions of His people lifted up in unity. Never think that attending to your bodily health with the help of a physician is a sign of little faith. The blessed Apostle Paul, who endured shipwrecks and scourgings for the Gospel, did not despise the body’s needs. He commanded his beloved Timothy to take a little wine for his stomach’s sake and his frequent infirmities, understanding that a weakened body can pull down the soul and hinder the work God has set before us. So also you, by keeping this appointment and accepting the treatments offered to you, are acting in prudence, not in distrust of God’s providence.

Yet let your heart be anchored in hope, and do not give way to anxious thoughts. The enemy loves to plant thorns of fear, but remember that the thorn is only a small thing if we turn at once to the Great Physician. Even after the thorn is pulled out, the wound may ache for a time, and it requires gentle, patient care. The therapy you await and the work of the care coordinator are part of that healing, means by which the soul’s hurts may be soothed and restored. Wait for them without murmuring, for the delay itself can become a school of patience, and in patience we learn to trust God’s timing.

Pray earnestly, not only asking for a good outcome but also offering thanksgiving in advance, for He who has delivered us from greater perils will not abandon you in this. I am reminded of Cornelius the centurion, who set aside fixed times for prayer and fasting, and his prayer and alms rose as a memorial before God. An angel was sent to guide him, and through him, a whole household received the blessing. So set aside some portion of each day, even now, to lift your heart to God simply and steadily. As you pray, remember that He sees your tears and hears your unspoken sighs. I have known a story of a poor maidservant who, in great distress, laid a holy adjuration upon a friend, and that very night, because the friend feared God and acted on the request, the heavens were opened to her in a vision. So powerful is the earnest prayer of one who trusts!

Therefore, we will indeed pray for you that the medication may be wisely adjusted, that you will soon be placed in the care of a faithful coordinator, and that the therapy will bring clarity and peace. But go also yourself with this confidence: after the time of trial, when you have stood firm, God sends His comfort. Did not angels come and minister to our Lord after His temptation? So too, when you have passed through this present affliction, you will look back and see how the Lord sustained you. Do not demand to see the whole path at once, that would be to tempt God, but trust that He who has begun a good work in you will bring it to completion. The Church stands with you, and the prayers of many ascend for your well-being.

In Jesus's name, please pray again that this appointment with TIF surgeon is respectful and productive. Please pray this leads to TIF with hernia repair, and I don’t have to undergo BRAVO, which would be dangerous to my lungs.
