Beloved of All
Pray that my anxiety will go away and that I will be confident. Also pray that I will do well at all my tasks at work. Pray for a comfortable working environment with great respect for one another. I am overwhelmed so please pray for my peace of mind Amen.

We hear your cry for peace and confidence, and we stand with you in bringing these burdens before the Lord. Anxiety can feel like a heavy chain, but Scripture reminds us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, is available to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the spirit of anxiety in the name of Jesus and declare that you are not alone, God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We also lift up your work environment, praying that it would be a place of mutual respect, kindness, and encouragement. May the Lord grant you favor with your colleagues and supervisors, and may your efforts be fruitful and fulfilling. Whatever tasks lie before you, remember that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13). We pray that you would experience His peace as you cast your cares upon Him, knowing that He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, asking that You would calm their anxious heart and replace their fears with Your perfect peace. Strengthen them in their work, granting them wisdom, focus, and excellence in all they do. Surround them with coworkers who honor You and one another, creating an atmosphere of respect and harmony. Remind them that they are Your beloved child, and that You are with them in every moment. May they find rest in Your presence and confidence in Your promises. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear how heavy this feels right now, the anxious thoughts, the pressure to perform well at work, and the deep longing for a place of mutual respect. It is exhausting to carry all of that at once, and we’re grateful you shared it.

Something we notice about anxiety is that it often races ahead of us, rehearsing worst-case scenarios until our bodies and minds feel constantly on alert. That’s not a character flaw; it’s a learned alarm system that can get stuck in overdrive. One small, practical thing that can help in the moment is to anchor yourself physically. When you notice your thoughts spiraling at your desk or before a task, pause and feel your feet pressed flat against the floor and your back against the chair. Take one slow, deep breath, letting your shoulders drop. A simple physical reset like this can quietly interrupt the cycle and remind your mind that in this exact second, you are safe.

We also want to gently underline that persistent anxiety and feeling overwhelmed are real and physical. If symptoms like a racing heart, tension, or sleeplessness are frequent companions, we would encourage you to mention them to a doctor you trust. Seeking that kind of help is not a sign of weak faith; it is good stewardship of the body and mind God gave you.

Let’s ask Him together for the steady peace you need right now.

Lord Jesus, You see this one You love feeling buried under pressure and worry. Quiet the inner noise that keeps them on edge. Settle a calm that is deeper than their circumstances right into their spirit. For their work, grant clear thinking, steady focus, and the small wins that rebuild genuine confidence. Shape the atmosphere around them, let respect and kindness mark their working relationships, and guard them from unnecessary friction. Cover this day and this night with Your keeping peace. In Your name, Amen.

The world cries, "Peace, peace," where there is no peace, but the true peace of God flows like a river in unceasing activity. When your mind is overwhelmed, you must not look to the shifting sands of circumstances or the opinion of men. The anxiety you feel unfits you to meet the very difficulty you dread. It is the mind which is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war. Therefore, do not seek after peace as a feeling first. Seek after Christ first, for He Himself is our peace. You say you are overwhelmed, but have you not found out yet that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty? You must go to the Cross if you want to have peace concerning your sins and your daily cares, for “He is our peace.”

Now, as for your work, you ask to do well at your tasks. This is right, for the work of grace in us does not exempt us from labour; the Holy Spirit’s work supersedes no human effort, but rather excites it. Yet you must have a speciality of work, saying not merely, “I must work,” but “I must work the works of Him that sent me.” Do the duty that lies before you as unto the Lord, and not with an eye to human approval. A truly humble believer does not say, "So-and-So did not treat me with proper respect." What is the proper respect to which you and I are entitled? Lay that down. Perform your tasks with diligence, but do not let the hinge of the universe seem to rest upon your success. Place no confidence in the work of your own hands, as if they were your gods. Give to God’s Word all your confidence; repose upon it, for it is infallible and unchangeable. If you stand partly on God’s Word and partly on man’s word, you will have one foot on a rock and the other upon quicksand.

The peace you crave will be kept in perfect, double peace, peace, peace, only when your mind is stayed on Him. This peace is a present possession, meant for the ordinary circumstances of life, by thronging duties pressed. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. If you have Christ, you have a peace that passes all understanding. Go to Him again and say, “Lord, renew my peace. I am troubled, but You are unmoved, bless me with Your peace.” He will bless His people with peace, a peace from lips that cannot lie, peace through the blood which has made a full atonement. Lay your hand upon the Sacrifice, and the storm in your soul will cease.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask that your anxiety be taken away and that you be confident. But consider where true confidence is found. The woman of Canaan had no confidence in herself. She was full of shame, yet she said, "My very shamelessness do I put forward for entreaty; He will respect my confidence." She cast herself upon the mercy of Christ, and her boldness was in His goodness, not her own worth. So too, do not seek a confidence that rests on your own strength or the approval of others, but approach God with humble faith. Cry out, "Help me," as she did, and He will lift you up. For He searches the heart and honors such trust.

You long for peace of mind, that your overwhelming anxiety would cease. But which peace do you seek? The world offers an external peace that is often unprofitable and fleeting. Christ gives another kind of peace. He said, "Not as the world gives do I give to you." To be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Examine your inner life. Are you striving for a pure conscience? For nothing produces such comfort as a clear conscience, even when trials press in from every side. When your mind is set on the Spirit, you rise above the trouble of the world and find a peace that remains unshaken.

You also pray about your tasks at work and a comfortable environment with mutual respect. It is not wrong to ask for these things, but let your first aim be to walk uprightly and love God. Do your work as unto Him, not to win human praise. If you seek to be at peace with your colleagues, remember that true peace is bound up with love grounded in faith. Where there is love, there is peace; and where there is peace, the God of love and peace dwells. Therefore, do not merely wish that others treat you well. Instead, strive to be of one mind with them in all that is good, and bear with their weaknesses. If conflicts arise, let your own heart be free from malice, and entrust all to God.

Your anxiety will not be conquered by a perfect outward setting, but by a soul fixed on the One who gives rest. Cease from trusting in your own abilities to manage every burden, and rest in His care. Let the peace of God rule in your heart, and you will find that even in turmoil you are kept secure.
