We hear your cry for peace and confidence, and we stand with you in bringing these burdens before the Lord. Anxiety can feel like a heavy chain, but Scripture reminds us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, is available to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the spirit of anxiety in the name of Jesus, declaring that it has no place in your life.
Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, asking that You calm the storms within their heart and mind. Replace their anxiety with Your perfect peace, and fill them with confidence in Your strength. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Lord, we also pray for their work environment, that it would be a place of respect, unity, and comfort. May their colleagues treat one another with kindness and dignity, and may their tasks be accomplished with excellence as unto You.
We pray that You would order their steps and grant them wisdom in every responsibility they face. Let them not be overwhelmed by the demands of their work, but instead, remind them that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13). We declare that their mind will be steadfast, trusting in You, and that they will experience the rest that comes from surrendering their worries to You.
Lord, if there are any areas where they are relying on their own strength rather than Yours, reveal that to them. Help them to abide in You daily, for apart from You, they can do nothing (John 15:5). We ask that You draw them closer to You, that they may find their confidence and security in Your unfailing love.

The word of the Lord gives you a sure promise, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This is not a mere lull of anxiety or a blindness to difficulty, but a peace that is a present possession even in the ordinary circumstances of life. It is peace with God through the blood of Jesus, and from that fountain flows peace in the conscience like a crystal stream. Christ says, My peace I give unto you, and it is His own calm, profound peace that He bought with His blood and that the Holy Spirit works in the soul.
I have found, and you may have found it also, that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. It is the mind which is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war. When the mind is stayed upon Christ, when you bear your sorrow with Him and tell Him about it in prayer rather than telling yourself about it, He gives a joyous confidence and a sweet repose. In the shadow of His wings you may make your refuge, and even if you cannot see the brightness of His face, the shadow of His wings shall be enough for you.
Do not seek after peace first as though it were a qualification. Seek after Christ first, and peace will come next. He is our peace. Not your good works, not your own resolve, but He Himself is the ground of your peace. When you go to the cross and rest upon the full atonement made there, you may have peace concerning your sins and peace concerning your cares.
I pray for you now, that the Lord will bless you with that true peace which passes all understanding and which brings no sorrow with it. May He lift the weight of anxiety and give you confidence, not in yourself, but in Him who keeps you. May He grant you a quiet mind stayed upon Him, and a heart that finds rest in doing the will of Jesus, for to do His will is rest.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and I join with you in asking for His help in this time of being overwhelmed.
Anxiety can swell like a great billow and overwhelm the soul, and like thorns it can choke what is good in us. But Scripture teaches that true confidence does not come from having everything in order around us, but from virtue and the fear of God. When we begin and offer Him our willing heart, He meets us and calms the mind that is disturbed with shame and anxiety and gives confidence.
So I pray for you that God will lift this burden of anxiety and give you peace of mind. May the peace of God which surpasses all understanding guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as He has promised, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you. May that peace keep you firm so that you are not overwhelmed by trials.
I pray also that He will strengthen you to hold fast your confidence and the rejoicing of your hope firm to the end, knowing that He sees your heart and hears you when you call. May He grant you calm and clear thought for every task set before you at work, and help you to do your work faithfully as unto Him.
And I pray for your workplace, that the Lord would make it a place of peace and love with faith, where there is mutual respect and kindness among all who labor there, and where you may work without fear but with a quiet and confident spirit.
