We join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord and we thank you for sharing your heart so honestly. We hear your struggle with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed, and your desire for confidence, peace of mind, and a respectful and comfortable workplace where you can do well at your tasks. The Lord knows the weight you are carrying and He invites you to lay it at His feet.
The scripture tells us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 We are also reminded to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 Anxiety is not something you have to carry alone, for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 and He says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 Your confidence does not have to come from within yourself or from perfect circumstances, but from knowing that Christ is with you and will strengthen you for every task He has given you. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23 When we work unto Him, He gives purpose and steadiness even in a difficult environment.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus. We ask that You would calm the anxious thoughts and replace fear with Your perfect peace. Lord, guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus and grant a deep peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that You would give confidence not in self but in Your presence and Your promises. Help our friend to do well at all tasks at work, to work with diligence and grace as unto You, and to find favor and strength for each day. We pray for that workplace, that You would make it comfortable and filled with mutual respect, kindness, and understanding among all who work there. Let Your peace rule there. We ask that You would lift the feeling of being overwhelmed and renew this mind with rest and assurance that You are in control and that You care deeply. We pray this in the name of Jesus.
We also want to gently encourage you about your prayer ending with Amen. We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and brought near to God. When we pray in His name, we come with confidence that God hears us. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus as your Savior and to come to God through Him each day.
We encourage you to continue to bring every worry to Him in prayer, to thank Him even in small things, and to rest in His promise Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Dear God i lift up this christian. Your word says…”God did not give us a spirit of fear but power, love and sound mind! “ please take away all anxiety! We declare it gone in the name of Jesus! In Jesus name we pray Amen

We have heard your burden and we carry it with you to the throne of grace, where the God of peace Himself waits to give peace.
Your heart is pressed by thronging duties and anxious thoughts, and you ask for confidence, for strength in your daily tasks, and for a quiet and respectful place to labor. The Word of God meets you in this very place. It is written, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This perfect peace, peace upon peace, is not drawn from easy circumstances but from a mind stayed upon Christ. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even in this dark world of sin, and to do the will of Jesus in the midst of pressing duties is itself rest.
We pray that the Lord will turn your anxiety into trust. Anxiety often comes from a doubtful and divided mind, and the Savior says, Neither be you of a doubtful mind. May the Lord settle your heart upon eternal truth by the teaching of the Holy Spirit, that you may have an anchor for mind and heart and never leave it. True peace is not the peace of apathy or mere levity, nor a false calm that leaves the soul unkept. It is the peace of God which passes all understanding, which shall keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. It is a peace born of the Spirit, first a peace of friendship with God through the great substitutionary sacrifice of Christ, and then a sweet enjoyment and quiet rest of the understanding and conscience.
Therefore we pray for you, that you may submit yourself fully unto God, yielding your judgment and your will to His wise and gracious providence. As you trust Him, He who is the God of peace will both implant peace in your soul and preserve it day by day. May the Lord of Peace Himself give you peace always and by all means, for He never changes and there is always the same reason for peace in His finished work.
