An Open Heart

I pray that God open my heart and help me to freely give and receive love. I sometimes feel a literal weight on my chest, I think this may be a type of spiritual oppression. I have been into some dark things I'm not so proud of in the past. I think it could well be a negative energy or spirit doing this. Whatever it is it's not a physical illness. All I want to do is feel love. I'm finding it very difficult. Please pray for God's divine intervention so I can feel light again. I want to feel Love.
