All I pray for is thst a lot of girls give me a heart on my profile on Dateabili

Thank you for bringing this desire before God so honestly and for humbling yourself to apologize for your earlier post. God does not despise a contrite and humble heart, but looks to the one who trembles at His word and comes to Him with lowliness of mind.

I understand the longing to be seen and liked and to have many people show interest in you. That desire for approval is common, but Scripture calls us to a different way. Christ began His teaching by blessing the poor in spirit, not those who are exalted by many, and the apostle teaches us to think soberly about ourselves, not more highly than we ought to think. Sobriety here means keeping the mind safe and sound, not being carried away by vanity or by the search for validation from others. When we chase many hearts on a profile, we risk becoming men pleasers, seeking to be seen by others rather than living with singleness of heart and fear of God when no one is watching.

He has also called us to keep the beauty He has given us undefiled, without spot or wrinkle, which includes keeping our desires pure. If marriage is what you hope for, God presents it as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and intimacy belongs within that covenant alone. For that reason I cannot ask God to bless a pursuit of many girls at once or to grant many fleeting chats for their own sake, because that would ask Him to feed restlessness rather than to form Christlike character in you.

Instead I will pray for what is better for your soul. I pray that God will give you a lowly and sober mind, contentment in Him, and a pure heart that seeks His will first. I pray that He will guard you from seeking your worth in likes or messages, and teach you to live before His sleepless eye with integrity. If it is His will for you to marry, I pray He will prepare you to love one woman faithfully as Christ loves the Church, and in His time bring a godly wife who shares faith in Jesus Christ alone, for it is through Him alone we are saved and cleansed.

May the Lord today draw your heart closer to Himself, quiet the craving for many hearts from others, and give you peace in knowing you are fully known and loved by Him. Bring your loneliness and hopes to Him again, not to be exalted in the eyes of many, but to be made humble, steady, and ready to walk in His way.

Thank you for sharing your heart so honestly and for humbling yourself to apologize for your earlier post. That honesty matters to God, and He hears you when you come to Him simply and openly.

It is good to want companionship, and God understands that desire, but the real purpose of prayer is not to get God to do what we want. It is to bring our hearts into harmony with what He wants, because His plans for us are far wiser and kinder than our own. When we pray, we are inviting Him to shape our desires, not just to fulfill them.

Scripture says you are precious in His sight and He has loved you, and He has already shown how much He is willing to do for you by not sparing His own Son but giving Him for you. Through Jesus, your sins can be fully cleansed once and for all, not by your own efforts, but by His sacrifice. If you have not yet trusted Him fully for salvation, that is the first and most important place to begin, coming to Him as a sinner in need of grace and receiving His forgiveness.

From that place, your longing for relationship can be seen more clearly. The Bible teaches that both singleness and marriage are gifts from God. The person who is unmarried has a special opportunity to care for the things of the Lord and to learn how to please Him with an undivided heart. The person who is married is called to care for his wife and to please her within a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, where intimacy and living together belong. In either case, the calling is not to live for ourselves or to satisfy our own desires, but to live for Christ and for the good of others.

Collecting many hearts or messages on an app may feel affirming for a moment, but it will not satisfy the deeper search in your heart. That search is ultimately for God Himself, and for becoming the kind of person who walks in lowliness and meekness because you know how much grace you have received. God as a Father does not force Himself on us, and He does not measure your worth by how many people notice your profile. He waits patiently, He seeks those who are lost, and there is joy in heaven when a heart turns to Him.

So instead of asking God to bring a large number of responses today, ask Him to do His will in your life today. Pray that He would make you content in Him, that He would teach you to please Him first, and that if it is His will to lead you toward marriage, He would prepare you to love one person faithfully and purely within His design. Pray for wisdom in how you use any dating app, to be honest, respectful, and self controlled, not seeking validation from many, but seeking to honor God in every interaction.

My prayer for you is that God would give you peace as you rest in His love, that He would help you walk in a way that reflects His grace, forgiving others as He has forgiven you, and that He would guide your desires so that you want what He wants for you. May you find your joy not in how many people respond to you, but in knowing the Lord, walking with Him, and having fellowship with Him, which is itself cause for rejoicing.
