We have been lifting you up regarding the hearing about the agency violating the judges order to review your compliance documents, and the distress of having your evidence ignored while an unverified arrears demand from the property management was adopted as if you had requested it. We have prayed for your freedom from anxiety and for strength as you have endured so much, including having to leave your employment after more than two decades because of severe mistreatment and humiliation, and having paid out of pocket for many months before you even sought standard assistance.
We have asked the Lord to let truth prevail over willful overcharges and false statements, and we thank Him with you that you have city and state reports that support your claims and that the city has already cited the property management for false statements regarding their registration. We have prayed that the fact that you were pressured and coerced into signing a document that is not true, and that you quickly invoked your rights as a tenant according to the rent laws and resisted further noncompliant documents, would be clearly seen, especially since the property managements own correction in their system invalidates that coerced document. We continue to pray that the Lord will give you confidence and wisdom to present your evidence well, knowing what to say, when to speak and when to be silent, and that He will guard your heart from anxiety.
We stand on the promise in Philippians 4:6 and Isaiah 41:10 for you in this time, that God is your strength and that He upholds the cause of truth and justice, as it says in Psalm 37:6.
