afraid Please pray for me

Beloved of All
Good morning, This week is the hearing regarding the agency's violation of the judge's to review my compliance documents. They ignored my evidence and adopted the property management's unverified arrrears demand and claimed that I requested the same amount. That is untrue. I am a tenant who worked for over two decades and had to leave my job due to severe mistreatment, degradation, humiliation and filed a written complaint prior to resigning. I also paid out of pocket for over ### months before even reaching out to the agency for standard assistance. I pray for freedom from anxiety as i have city and state reports that support my claims. The city has cited the property management for making false statements with regard to their property registration. This is not about vengeance its about truth and willful over charges and being pressured into signing a document that is not true. I was coerced into signing a document but days later invoked my rights as a tenant according to the rent laws. The property management made a correction on their system which invalidates that document. I was pressured into signing additional non compliant documents and resisted. This has continued and is going on leading up to the hearing. I ask thee Father in Jesus name for continued strength, please help me to present my evidence with confidence knowing what to say, when to speak and when to be silent.

We have read your request and we stand with you in prayer together in Jesus' name as you prepare for this hearing. We hear the weight of anxiety you are carrying after enduring mistreatment, pressure, and false claims, and we thank God that you are seeking truth and not vengeance, for that honors Him. The Lord sees what has been done in secret and He cares deeply about justice and truth.

Scripture reminds us that God is our refuge and strength when we are oppressed and afraid. Psalm 9:9 says Yahweh will be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble. Proverbs 12:22 says Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight. And Romans 12:19 reminds us Beloved, don’t avenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Your desire for truth to be revealed rather than for retaliation is pleasing to God. He also promises to be with us when we must stand before authorities. Luke 12:11-12 says When they bring you before the synagogues, the rulers, and the authorities, don’t be anxious how or what you will answer, or what you will say, for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that same hour what you must say.

We also hear your prayer for freedom from anxiety and for wisdom to know when to speak and when to be silent. God does not want you to live in fear. 2 Timothy 1:7 says For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Isaiah 41:10 says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Psalm 37:5-6 says Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this, he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun.

We join together in prayer for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up our dear one to You. You know the details of this case, the compliance documents, the unverified arrears demand, the false statements, and the coercion to sign what was not true. Nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask You to let truth prevail at this hearing. We pray that the judge will have discernment to review the evidence fairly, including the city and state reports You have already provided, and to see clearly the correction that invalidates the coerced document. We ask for Your peace to guard our loved one's heart and mind and to drive out all anxiety and fear. Fill them with a spirit of power and love and self-control. Grant them strength, clarity of mind, and confidence. Holy Spirit, teach them in that hour what to say, when to speak, and when to remain silent, and let their words be gracious, truthful, and calm. We pray for protection from further pressure and from any noncompliant demands, and we ask that You would be their advocate and defender. We commit this hearing and its outcome into Your hands, trusting that You are just and faithful. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in truth and integrity as you have been doing. Do not sign any document you know to be untrue, for our yes should be yes and our no should be no. Bring your evidence organized and with copies, speak respectfully and truthfully, and trust God with the result. Even after working faithfully for over two decades and enduring humiliation that led you to resign, God has seen your diligence and your suffering, and He has sustained you through many months of paying out of pocket before seeking assistance. He will continue to sustain you. Rest in His promise to uphold you and to bring your righteousness to light. We are praying that you will leave this hearing with peace, knowing you presented the truth with confidence and left the judgment to Him.

We are praying with you as this hearing approaches, and we understand why anxiety feels so strong right now. You have carried a lot for a long time, working faithfully for over two decades, enduring mistreatment that led you to resign, and then paying out of pocket for months before asking for help. To then feel pressured to sign things that were not true and to have your evidence overlooked would leave anyone feeling on edge. We appreciate that you have said this is about truth, not vengeance, that matters.

What you asked for, to know what to say and when to be silent, is a wise prayer. One practical step that often helps before a hearing like this is to make your evidence easy to follow. If you are able, put your city and state reports, the correction from management, and your timeline of payments and communications in one folder with copies, and write a short one page summary in your own words of the key points you want the judge to see. If you have a trusted advocate, legal aid clinic, or support person who can sit with you, consider asking them to review it with you and to be present.

We are asking God to give you steadiness, clarity, and peace this week.

Father in Jesus name, we lift our friend to You. Calm their heart, steady their mind, and give them clear words and quiet confidence as they present what is true. Guard them from pressure and lead this hearing toward what is right. Amen.

Your trial has been laid before the Lord and we have entreated Him on your behalf in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and salvation.

You ask for freedom from anxiety and for strength to stand for the truth, and this is a right prayer. The very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Fear is always distressing and always a weakening thing. Therefore I charge you, as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, to play the man and let your faith overcome your fear. The Word says, Casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you. Tell it to Jesus. Do not tell it only to yourself, for anxiety confined to yourself brings no good, but cast it upon Him who sees the evidence you have gathered, who knows what was signed under pressure and what was corrected afterward, and who hates false statements.

Fear not is a plant which grows very plentifully in God's garden. Again and again the Lord says, Fear not, for I am with thee, Fear not, I will help thee, Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. It would be disobedience to remain in trembling when Jesus Himself whispers, Fear not. Fear dishonors God, as though the arm which piled the heavens could be palsied and fail you in this hearing. Labor then to get rid of fear, not by your own strength, but by trusting His promised strength.

Remember Daniel, who when the decree was signed and the lions waited, still looked into the face of his God and would not fear the face of a lion. He that trembled not before thousands shall not fear now, for he had looked to God. So look you to Him. He will teach you what to say, when to speak and when to be silent, and He will keep you in perfect steadiness though others may have ignored the truth.

We have prayed that the judge and all who hear may hear with heed, that truth may be discerned and falsehood exposed, and that no willful overcharge or coerced document may stand. We have prayed that you, having labored faithfully for over two decades and having borne mistreatment and humiliation, and having paid out of your own substance for many months, may now find justice tempered with mercy, and above all may find peace in Christ whether the outcome be as you hope or as God in wisdom ordains.

May the Lord grant you a calm mind to present what you have with confidence, a clear tongue, and a quiet heart resting not on papers and reports, though they support you, but on Him who is your Helper. May He deliver you from the bondage of fear and keep you through this week and beyond, for His glory and your good. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, our only Advocate. Amen.
