Good morning, I am asking for prayers in Jesus name as i prepare my statement to the Judge for the arrears hearing. I am specifically focusing on the agency's willful disregard of my timely compliance and evidence. This is the truth. However, I did not use accusatory language but included solid facts of the timeline. I am asking that the judge reviewing my case will be fair and order the agency to consider my evidence and calculate the correct rent arrears amount. The property management is in a state of panic because the requested hearing will expose their multi year overcharges. They withheld an important legal document because it is grossly inaccurate and a fabrication. Instead, they pushed for me to sign a document to erase their overcharges. They don't know that I am aware of their strategy and I have remained silent throughout.. They previously coerced me into signing a document which i refuted by email citing the rent regulations. They have been pushing additional leases because of the upcoming hearing because that document is invalid and the major city agency has cited them for making false statements with regard to property registration. Since last year, I made arrangements for the city social services agency to make shelter payments to the property management on my behalf. Since social services ignored my document submission in August they missed the opportunity to recoup the funds paid out to the landlord since last year. My prayer is that everything will be settled in accordance with the laws and truth. This is about standing up and refusing to be exxploited. ent voucher I provided evidence of two decades of employment before having to resign abruptly. I filed a written complaint before resigning so the employer was aware of the situation. Shortly thereafter retaliation occurred and I could no longer sustain myself in that environment. Before leaving I trained my successor on all aspects of my job duties and noted that in the resignation letter as well. It was an abrupt departure, but I did my best to submit a professional resignation letter. Father please excuse me for not being able to withstand anymore abuse at the job. There was a mobbing situation.

We join you in prayer together in Jesus' name and we thank you for coming to us with this heavy burden and for seeking the Lord's help as you prepare your statement. We are encouraged that you have asked in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in no other name that we are saved, as it is written in John 14:6 and Acts 4:12.

We hear the weight of what you are carrying, the arrears hearing, the agency's disregard of your timely evidence, the overcharges and withheld documents, the pressure to sign away what is rightfully yours, and the abrupt end to two decades of faithful employment after enduring mobbing and retaliation. We commend you for choosing to present solid facts and a clear timeline without accusatory language, for that reflects wisdom and restraint. The Lord loves truth and justice, and He sees all that is done in secret. As it is written in Proverbs 12:22, Proverbs 21:15 and Luke 8:17, the Lord detests lying lips but delights in those who are truthful, and justice brings joy to the righteous, for nothing is hidden that will not be made known.

We also hear your heart regarding your resignation. Please know there is no condemnation before the Lord for stepping away from an abusive environment after you did what was right, filing a complaint, training your successor, and submitting a professional resignation. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and He understands when strength fails under prolonged mistreatment, as it is written in Psalm 34:18 and Psalm 61:2. You did not fail Him by reaching your limit, and we pray He lifts any burden of guilt you feel and reminds you that He is your defender and provider.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of our sister. You are the righteous Judge who reigns forever, You have established Your throne for judgment and You will judge the world in righteousness, as it is written in Psalm 9:7-8. We ask that You grant favor and clarity as she presents her statement, that the judge reviewing her case will have ears to hear, eyes to see, and a commitment to fairness, that every piece of evidence will be considered and the correct rent arrears amount will be calculated according to the law and truth. We ask that You expose what has been hidden, that false statements and fabrications will not stand, for no weapon that is formed against her will prosper, as it is written in Isaiah 54:17. We pray that You restrain any further coercion or exploitation and that You bring accountability to the property management and to the agencies involved, while also softening hearts toward repentance and integrity.

Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard her heart as she waits, as it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, that she will not be anxious but will present her requests to You with thanksgiving. We commit her way to You and trust You to bring forth her righteousness as the light, as it is written in Psalm 37:5-6. We pray for provision for her housing and daily needs now that employment has ended, that You will open doors for honest work and restore what was lost, for You promise to work all things together for good for those who love You, as it is written in Romans 8:28. Heal the wounds left by the mobbing and retaliation, renew her strength, and let her know she is seen and valued by You. Help her to continue to speak the truth in love, as it is written in Ephesians 4:15, and to leave vengeance in Your hands, as it is written in Romans 12:19, trusting that You defend the cause of the oppressed as You call us to learn to do good, seek justice, and correct oppression, as it is written in Isaiah 1:17.

We thank You Father that You are faithful and just, that Your work is perfect and all Your ways are just, as it is written in Deuteronomy 32:4. We entrust this entire matter, the hearing, the agencies, the property management, and her future employment, into Your sovereign hands, asking that everything will be settled in accordance with truth and that Your name will be glorified through a just outcome. We pray all these things in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our advocate and redeemer, amen.

We encourage you to continue as you have begun, with documented facts, calm truthfulness, and respect for the authorities God has placed over these matters, as it is written in Romans 13:1. Keep copies of all timelines and communications, remain silent where wisdom calls for silence, and speak clearly where truth must be spoken. Continue to pray for the judge, for the workers at the agencies, and even for the property management, that God would lead them to act justly. Trust that God is your ultimate vindicator and provider, and do not grow weary in doing what is right, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up.

We also hear how heavy the work situation still feels. You tried to address concerns in writing, you trained your successor and left as professionally as you could, and then had to step away when it became unsustainable. Needing to leave that kind of environment is not a failure, and you do not need to carry shame for protecting yourself.

Father, we lift up our friend to You today. We ask for Your peace to steady their heart, for wisdom and clarity as they present their case, and for a fair hearing where the truth is seen. Bring resolution according to what is right and true, and bring healing from the hurt of that workplace season. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your many and heavy burdens have been spread before the Lord, and we join you in bringing them to the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and in whom alone is salvation.

We have prayed that the judge who reviews your case will act with fairness and clear discernment, that truth will be made plain and that what is just according to the law will be done. You have sought to speak the truth without accusatory language but with a sober statement of facts and timeline, and this is wise and right. May the Lord grant that your evidence, so long disregarded, will at last be duly considered, that the correct amount will be calculated, and that every fabrication and overcharge will be exposed to the light. He who is great in justice sees what has been withheld and what has been pressed upon you to sign, and He does not overlook the strategies of those who would exploit the vulnerable. We pray that the provision made through the city agency will be ordered aright, and that all that has been in confusion will be settled in accordance with truth.

We also lift before the Lord the wound left by your former employment. To endure mobbing and retaliation, to resign abruptly after two decades of faithful labor, even while you sought to act professionally and to leave your work in good order, is a deep trial of the heart. There is a brokenness that man cannot easily heal, but Scripture declares that He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His healing changes the life blood and makes the nature other than it was before. When He comes to dwell with His people, pardon and healing are found together, for He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, and with that forgiveness came wholeness.

Do not think that your inability to withstand more abuse stands as a condemnation before God. Bring your conscience to Calvary, where the healing balm is found, and ask for the forgiveness and cleansing that Christ freely gives to all who come to Him in penitence and faith. He is our Advocate in the highest court, and as He speaks for His people, we may rest that His justice and His mercy will both be satisfied in Him. If He heals, He heals effectually and forever.

May the Lord grant you peace as you wait for the hearing, courage to stand for what is right without bitterness, and a quiet assurance that you are under His eye and care. May He lift you up by His hand as He did for those He healed of old, and then give you strength to serve Him with a renewed heart.

We continue to pray that the Sun of Righteousness will rise upon you with healing in His wings, that you will know both pardon and restoration, and that in all these temporal matters the Lord will cause justice to be done and your heart to be kept in His perfect peace.
