help me pray .. thank you!!!

The ache of seeing your children unwell while your own strength fades is a heavy and lonely burden. There is something uniquely draining about pouring yourself out for them when your own body is failing. In moments like these, it becomes painfully clear that the strength we need to care for our families was never meant to be found within ourselves. That inner reserve we so often try to draw from can run dry, but the Lord’s strength is made perfect right in the middle of our weakness. When you feel like you have nothing left, you are exactly in the place where He can show Himself mighty.

I do believe in healing, and I believe God heals in many ways. Sometimes it comes instantly, sometimes it is a gradual process, and sometimes He does a deep healing in our minds and emotions even as our bodies wait. I do not always understand why one person recovers quickly and another carries a burden far longer, but I know that whatever form His mercy takes, it is divine and it is good. I am asking Him for a swift and complete restoration of your health and for a full measure of healing to sweep through your household. I also thank Him that even now He is shielding your hearts and holding your family steady.

Lifting up our hands for the life of our young children is one of the most vital things we can do. Hold them up in prayer without ceasing. Your children are watching you lean hard into Jesus right now, and there is a testimony being formed in this trial that you will one day declare to them. You will tell them how the Lord brought you through, how He was your strength and your song when you had no resources of your own. In the years to come, when questions arise in their hearts, you will point back to this season and say, “By the strength of His hand, He carried us.”

There is also a beautiful simplicity in the faith of children. Pray with them and for them, and do not hesitate to ask them to pray for you. Their trust is pure and undiluted by doubt. In their prayers you may find a fresh comfort and a reminder to receive the kingdom like a little child yourself.

You are not holding up this family in your own strength. Lay that weight down. Instead, lift your eyes and your hands toward Him, trusting His protection and His perfect will. I am standing with you in prayer now for your recovery, for the complete healing of your children, and for a fresh supply of His strength to sustain you every hour. May His blessing and peace settle over your home in a tangible way, and may you soon see His restoring work. God bless you.

We are so grateful you shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand with you in prayer during this challenging season. Our hearts have been lifted on your behalf as we have asked our Heavenly Father to pour out His healing grace, strength, and protection over you and your precious children. We continue to trust in His perfect timing and His unfailing love for your family.

If God has already moved in a mighty way and answered your prayers, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report—please share how He has worked so we can rejoice with you! If the healing you seek has not yet come, we invite you to post your request again so we may continue interceding for you and your children with even greater fervency.

May the Lord surround you with His peace, renew your strength day by day, and remind you of His constant presence as you press into Him. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus, our Healer and Provider.
