Your prayer for admission to study nursing and for provision for your schooling is a good and right thing to bring before our Father in heaven. It is right to ask Him for open doors and for help with what you need, and to trust Him with the answer.
Be encouraged that the Lord does not forget you as you wait. Scripture asks whether a nursing mother could forget her child, and answers that even if she might, the Lord will not forget His own. That promise is steady when so much around us shifts and changes. Human knowledge and opinions change over the years, but God's Word and His care for you do not change. He sees you, He knows your desire, and He has not overlooked you.
Nursing is work that calls for compassion and a willing heart, to care for others in their weakness and need. Whatever we do for the Lord, He looks for a willing heart rather than a grudging spirit. If God opens this door for you, approach it as service to Him, offering your studies and your future care for others out of love for Christ. That kind of willing service is what He blesses and rewards.
So continue to seek Him first, above even this good desire. Pray that His will be done, that if this path is His will for you He will grant the admission and provide the sponsorship in His way and time, and if not, that He will guide you to the place where you can best serve Him. Trust His wisdom to provide what is best.
May the Lord grant you peace as you wait, give you favor where it is needed, and provide for your needs according to His riches. May He establish your steps, give you diligence in your studies, and make your life a help and comfort to others, for the glory of Jesus Christ. Amen.
