Chrysostom
Beloved of All
We give thanks with you to God for His mercy in bringing your daughter through her examinations and the completion of her application. It is right to acknowledge His help at each step, for every good gift comes from Him and His grace remains with us as we walk faithfully before Him and do not turn away from what He has given.
We will pray for your daughter as she waits. We ask the Lord to grant her favor if it is according to His good will, that she may be called for interview, that she may speak with clarity and peace, that those who assess her may look upon her with kindness, and that a place may be opened for her to study medicine. We also pray that the practical needs will be met, especially for leave to be granted for the interview at the right time, and for wisdom for you and for her as you wait upon the Lord.
We remember also what has been taught concerning remission and grace, that forgiveness of sins and cleansing come only through the blood of Jesus Christ shed for us, and not through any work of our own. As your daughter hopes to become a doctor to bring healing to others, we pray she will know the deeper healing that Christ alone gives, and that whatever path God opens for her, she will use her learning to serve others with compassion and to honor Him.
May the Lord guide her steps, give her peace in this time of waiting, and establish her in His grace. We continue to pray that His will be done in her life and that He will be glorified in all that follows.
