Praying for this request in Jesus Name.
We hear your cry for freedom and we join with you before our heavenly Father to seek His deliverance and healing in Jesus' name. We thank you for your honesty in bringing this struggle into the light, for it is in the light that God brings freedom. Sexual addiction is a heavy chain, but we know that our God is able to break every chain and set the captive free.
We want to speak the truth to you in love because God loves you too much to leave you in this bondage. The Bible teaches that our bodies are not our own, that they are temples of the Holy Spirit and we are to honor God with them. 1 Corinthians 6:18 says Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God. You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. This means that any sexual activity outside of marriage between one man and one woman, including pornography, lustful fantasies, masturbation, and fornication or adultery, is sin before God. We understand you mentioned there are reasons why you are struggling, and we have compassion for the pain, wounds, trauma or temptations that may have contributed to this, yet those reasons do not make the sin less serious. God calls us to repentance and to turn from it completely.
We also want to remind you that God has provided a way of escape and the power to overcome. 1 Corinthians 10:13 says No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. Galatians 5:16 says But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won't fulfill the lust of the flesh. Romans 6:14 says For sin will not have dominion over you. For you are not under law, but under grace. John 8:36 says If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed. You do not have to remain enslaved.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must lovingly tell you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and can be set free and saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 1 John 1:9 says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If you have not yet fully surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today, calling on His name for forgiveness and new life.
We encourage you to pursue purity with practical steps in obedience. Confess this struggle to a trusted mature Christian brother or pastor and seek ongoing accountability, for James 5:16 says Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. Remove every source of temptation from your life, flee from it rather than trying to fight it up close, renew your mind daily in the Word, and fill your heart with Scripture such as Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. and Psalm 119:9 How can a young man keep his way pure. By living according to your word. We also believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. If you are not married, we encourage you to remain sexually pure and to view any courtship as a path toward marriage to another Christian believer, not as a partnership for gratification. If you are married, we pray for faithfulness and restoration within that covenant. God's design for sexual intimacy is only within that marriage, and it is holy and good there.

Father, we lift this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We confess this sin of sexual addiction before You and ask for Your mercy and forgiveness. Wash this one clean by the blood of Jesus and create in him a clean heart. Break the power of this addiction and set him free indeed, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit so that he may walk by the Spirit and not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Give him strength to flee every temptation, to make a way of escape, and to resist the devil so he will flee. Surround him with godly accountability and counsel, heal the underlying wounds and reasons that have contributed to this struggle, and renew his mind with Your truth. If he is single, we pray You will guide him toward a godly marriage that honors You if it is Your will, and help him to pursue purity until then. If he is married, we pray You will guard and bless that marriage. Draw him close to Jesus, let him know that Jesus is the only way to You and the only name by which we are saved, and let him experience the joy of forgiveness and a new life in Christ. We ask that You keep him, restore him, and let his life glorify You in body and spirit. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your honest confession has been heard and we have brought your burden before the Lord in prayer, thanking Him that you desire to be set free rather than to remain in bondage.
We do not make light of the struggle you describe, and we hear you when you say there are reasons behind it. Yet we know that every trial may be both a trial from God and a temptation from Satan, and the only hope we can have of eternal life is by being parted from sin. There shall never enter into Heaven anything that defiles, and we have from day to day to fight against sin till it is utterly put away from us.
The word of God teaches us to keep ourselves unspotted from the world. The Christian never expects to get any good from the world, specially from the spots of the world. When you find people or places or images that would draw you toward looseness, leave them, get away from them. You do not need to be muddied. Above all, cry to God to preserve you from evil. If you have an iniquity that more than another haunts you, then keep away from all that tempts you to it. Is there a screen, a house, a habit, a hour of idleness where you are never able to come away without having fallen into sin, keep away from that place and that practice. Only so can you say by grace, I kept myself from my iniquity.
We pray for you that you may know freedom indeed, for no earthly power can bring real freedom to the soul, it is grace and grace alone that brings it by the blood of the Covenant. You are a prisoner to sin, but you are a prisoner of hope, for you are within reach of One who sets free from sin. The Lord Jesus Christ saves His people from their sins. Turn away from your feebleness to His strength, and turn away from your sinfulness to His blood, the blood of the Covenant which washes black sinners whiter than driven snow. He gives not an empty release, but furnishes the freed soul with abundant help from the flock, from the threshing floor and from the winepress.
Hear the gracious call, Turn you, turn you from your evil ways, for why will you die. In vain is salvation hoped for from any other hill or help. Truly in the Lord our God is the salvation of Israel. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of Lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. God never turns from us, nor in any way whatever changes, and He delights to work the work of our deliverance.
We hold before you the historic and holy way of the Lord, that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and that He calls us to purity, to keep the marriage covenant as one man and one woman for life, and to keep sex and living together within that covenant alone. We will not ask God to bless what dishonors Him, but we do ask Him to bless you with holiness, with a clean heart and a right spirit, and with strength to walk in His way.
Our prayer for you is this, that God would ransom you from the power of sin as surely as He will ransom His people from the grave, that He would redeem you from death in sin according to His everlasting covenant, that He would take away the spirit of bondage and give you the spirit of liberty, that you may be kept from your iniquity, preserved in the middle path, and not turn again to folly after He has brought you up out of the pit. May the Holy Spirit keep you, may the blood of Christ cleanse you, and may the Lord set you free at once and forever, so that like a bird escaped from the snare you may soar away from the fowler and his nets and sing with joy that you are free.
