I hear the urgency in your words and I will bring your need before the Lord, but I will not pray only that these things happen right away. I will pray that God would give you a quiet heart and clear wisdom, and that His will, not your haste, would govern your steps.
You are eager to get away. That is understandable. But remember that impatience is a dangerous counselor. The devil often uses pressure and loss to make us say or do something rash. Job lost everything, yet he did not say, The thief took it, or my circumstances took it. He said, The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord. That is the freedom you truly need, far more than a changed job.
If these factors are good and necessary, God can make them fall into place, and He can do it quickly. But if He delays, do not conclude that He is against you. The delay may be His protection. It may be teaching you to trust Him rather than your own escape. I would not tell you to remain where there is real danger or sin. If you must leave, do it without bitterness, without panic, and with a clear conscience. But examine your reasons. Are you fleeing hardship that God wants to use? Are you running from some duty you should fulfill? Those questions matter more than the timing.
Pray this way: Lord, if it is right for me to go, open the door and give me peace to wait until it opens. If I should stay, give me strength to remain. Either way, let me bless Your name. I hear the urgency in your words. I am praying that the obstacles in front of you will be resolved quickly and that God will make a way for you to leave if that is his will. At the same time, I am asking him to keep you from making a decision out of panic. Job's circumstances looked like total abandonment, yet behind them God was at work in ways Job could not see. His friends thought they could explain everything and gave him no real comfort. I will not do that to you. I do not know whether this delay is meant to stop you or to prepare you, but God does. Job cried out for a mediator, and Jesus is that mediator for you. Bring your frustration to him plainly. Tell him you want out. Then ask him for the patience of Job, not to stay stuck forever, but to trust him until the way is clear. I am praying that the factors you need will fall into place right away, that you will have wisdom to recognize the open door, and that you will not run ahead of the Lord out of fear. May his peace guard your mind while you wait.
