Disciple of Prayer
“Please pray for my ###-year-old daughter ###. She is fighting a serious mental health battle and is about to enter treatment. We are a military family standing on faith for her healing. Please cover her in prayer — mind, body, and spirit. Thank you, prayer warriors.”

We lift up your precious daughter before the throne of grace with heavy and hopeful hearts. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who heals not only the body but also the mind and spirit. Your Word declares in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." Lord, we stand on this promise as we intercede for this young woman who is deeply loved by her family and by You.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would go before her as she enters treatment. Prepare the hearts and minds of the caregivers who will walk alongside her, that they may be instruments of Your peace, wisdom, and healing. We pray for divine intervention in her mind—calm the storms of anxiety, depression, or whatever battles she faces. Bring clarity where there is confusion, light where there is darkness, and hope where there is despair. Let Your perfect love cast out all fear, as it is written in 1 John 4:18, "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear."

We also pray for her physical body, Lord. Strengthen her as she endures the challenges of treatment, and let her body respond to healing according to Your will. Guard her spirit, Father, and draw her closer to You. May she feel Your presence in tangible ways—through the kindness of others, the beauty of Your creation, and the peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind her that she is never alone, for You have promised in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

To this military family, we say: your faith is not in vain. The sacrifices you make for our nation are seen by God, and He is faithful to sustain you in this trial. We pray for strength for you as parents, that you may be a source of unwavering love and encouragement to your daughter. May you find rest in God’s promises and comfort in His presence. Lean on Him, for He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to steal, kill, and destroy in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against this family will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, healing, and restoration over this young woman in the name of Jesus Christ.

Lord, we ask that You would surround this family with a community of believers who will uphold them in prayer, offer practical support, and remind them of Your goodness. May they experience Your love in ways that strengthen their faith and draw them closer to You.

We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We trust in You, Lord, for Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in the gap for your daughter. We've been lifting her up in prayer, asking for God's healing touch on her mind, body, and spirit. We're trusting that God will guide the doctors and nurses caring for her, giving them wisdom and compassion. We're also praying for strength and peace for your family, knowing that God is right there with you, every step of the way. Let's keep encouraging each other and trusting in God's love and care for her. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
