In the darkness of a night, when our soul can not find rest, when we are overcome with worries of all kinds and despair comes to our life, when trials seem too great and there is no place to run, then Jesus light appears to us and says.... Come, I will give you rest to your troubled soul. Satan and all his devil flee away from us when hearing Jesus name, all depression, sadness, worry and fear depart from our life, and the peace that passes all understanding comes to our soul. Then we say, It is all true. Jesus is alive and well and all His wonderful promises are true to those who believe, trust and wait for Him. Paul the apostle had a good reason and experience to say those wonderful words about the Lord. For I consider the...
Let us all raise our voice to God almighty for cleansing and purifying our sins. He sent Jesus to die on the cross for us to be able to enter into His holy presence with clean clothes, clean hearts and minds. Opening the gates of heaven and let us in to see the glorious sight of God almighty. The closer we walk with the Lord, The more we begin to see, His glorious presence and love. His mercy coming down to all of us. To You o Lord ... I will remain faithful and true. When I have fallen away from You. You come to me and save me. Help me. Heal me. And guide my steps to Yourself. Then I lift my eyes to the sky. The One who cares for me. Rescue me and say. Thou shall not die but live. Psalm 118:17 Let us...
It's interesting that even after hurricane Harvey and covid-19, many still say that I don’t know what I’m talking about; And, that what I preach/speak is an Old Testament, "ancestral" Word, that doesn't concern this generation. Therefore, they continue to play their ritualistic games. But God is not to be played with. It’s not just about our ancestors. For the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: In your own lifetime, before your very eyes, I will put an end to the happy singing and laughter in this land. The joyful voices of bridegrooms and brides will no longer be heard. "When you tell the people all these things, they will ask, 'Why has the Lord decreed such terrible things against us? What have we done to deserve such treatment...
Growing In Prayer
In a healthy spiritual life, self-evaluation is important. It can even be exciting, if we’re willing to be honest with ourselves and welcome the tender, compassionate guidance of the Holy Spirit. Our prayer life is a good opportunity for this. Dr. Stanley believed loving and serving God well are possible only if we’re growing in prayer. Let’s hear from him as he explains the essential elements of a serious and fulfilling prayer life. Friend, how would you describe your personal prayer life? For some, the answer is short and simple: “Nonexistent.” Sadly, a lot of believers don’t spend much time, if any, talking with God. I don’t mean praying on the run. Offering up quick requests as you go about your day is part of a serious prayer...
You are here moving in our midst, we worship You. You are here working in this place. We really worship You. You are here moving in our midst. Let Jesus move in your heart, mind, and soul. Our dear Lord is really this... Waymaker, He shows the way to reach heaven. Miracle worker, cleansed lepers, opened the eyes of the blind, the lame walked. Light in darkness. He brought us to an everlasting light of God. Promise keeper. Never ever failed on what He promised us. You are the music, You are the song of my life, I will never ever stop singing praises to Your holy name. Really, You are the words of truth, love, mercy, and compassion to those who come to You. Jesus is the voice who speaks to our heart and make us all realize where we...
When everything is finished, when everything is done we have time to praise, honor and glorify the Lord. More time to read God's word, teach Sunday School, visit the sick in nursing homes and help the poor and need. Jesus is leading our path to heaven. Let us all obey His word. Follow Me. We paid our dues We done our time. We put long hours too. Now it is time to retire. Calling on the Lord. What should I do for You? Where I should go? I am ready to do Thy will. My life will not end, Till Jesus calls me home. Till I hear His sweet and tender call. Come to Me, I will give you rest. Great moment awaits for all of us who are ready to retire with the Lord leading our path. The redeemed will never retire when we are...
I was going through a deep depression and stress due to so many things to do in life and not spending time with Jesus. Forgetting to praise Him and to read His word and obey what He said. Terrible things come to our life when we forget to honor the Lord wherever we are. Why all these needless grief coming to me? Why do I carry on and on? Know full well there is help ahead. Frustration and loss comes along. And our hope in God is gone. We have forgotten Jesus' word. I am with you always. Return to Me. I will give you rest. Each new day we face. We must seek Him. Who is looking for us. He is the answer to all our needs. In Me, ye shall find peace.. says the Lord. The day may groan and signs may break down...
Last night I dreamed I was in heaven and looking after my loved ones, friends, my colleagues, and those I was praying all this time. I saw them all. They were huddled together singing praises to Jesus. Hallelujah, for the Lord our God reigns, hallelujah, holy, are You Lord God almighty, worthy is the Lamb You are holy. Amen Before the Lord our God we bow down in praise, adoration, and worship. He reigns above and rules the world below, boundless in power and love. Let us bring offerings of praise to His holy name, our hearts we raise to His holy throne. Day after day and night after night keep calling on Him and send sound of praise to Him. Our God is King of kings and Lord of lords today, tomorrow, and for all eternity. May all...
Bible in a Year: Psalms 57–59, Romans 4 Jesus . . . said, “Let the little children come to me.” Luke 18:16 As our adopted granny lay in her hospital bed after suffering several strokes, her doctors were unsure of the amount of brain damage she had endured. They needed to wait until she was a bit better to test her brain function. She spoke very few words and even fewer were understandable. But when the eighty-six-year-old woman—who had babysat my daughter for twelve years—saw me, she opened her parched mouth and asked: “How is ###?” The first words she spoke to me were about my child whom she had loved so freely and fully. Jesus loved children too and put them in the forefront even though His disciples disapproved. Some parents...
