Do not let the devil tell you awful things about your life. In the past we did terrible things against Jesus. But He touched us. Cleansed us. Purify our souls and now we are free to serve Him, to love Him, to care for others, to pray for lost souls. Something happen and now we know. He really touched us and made us whole. For what? a. To be missionaries to other countries. b. To open soup kitchens and feed the hungry. c. To love the Lord with all our heart, mind and soul. d. To clothe the naked. Jesus will come to you and bless your life. e. To visit the sick and those in prison. Tell them how much Jesus loves them and cares for them. f. Then sings my soul, my Savior God to me. He saved me for a reason. My past is gone...
Rejoice. All parents are missionaries to their own chidren. To lead them to our heavenly home. To love just as Jesus loved and to care for those tiny souls that comes to all of us. 1. Teach them that Jesus loves them because of who they are not by what people think who they have become. 2. Teach them the value of honesty and good behavior before the Lord and before others. 3. Teach them to make amends. Tell them. I am sorry when you hurt someone. 4. Teach them to have determination to reach heaven even though the path will be stressful and hard. 5. Teach them to lovo others just as Jesus loved all of us. Love covers all offenses. Jesus taugh all of us to be merciful just as your heavenly Father is merciful. Children...
Spending and borrowing Thursday 29th November 2018 'The borrower is the slave of the lender.' Proverbs 22:7 ESV The Bible has a lot to say about how we should manage our money. Here are a few tips to help us: (1) Think about your money as God's rather than yours. We're called to be good stewards of the resources he's given us. He's trusted each of us with a certain resources, and expects us to use whatever we have wisely. (Read the parable of the three servants in Matthew 25:14-30 for an example.) (2) Remember the warning in Proverbs 22:7: 'the borrower is the slave of the lender' (ESV). When we borrow something, we have an obligation to give it back, fulfilling any conditions that the lender imposes on us. We have a choice to...
"This they do because they don't know the Father".I think idolatry is when a person or group of people take the object {or addiction, like a drug}and think it's the one thing that can help them.Of course, when they believe it's the only thing that can help them, they're ruling out God, because they're relying on it instead of God to help them. One thing in the present I think has become an idol{based on the large number of people praising it to the high Heavens, and thinking it's a cure-all for everything}is pot. In the past ,a certain type of person smoked it, but others didn't. Now, more and more I hear states legalizing it, editorials praising it like it's the greatest.{I mean even recreational pot.}They try to rationalize their support...
I cannot help but to cry when listening to this song. Thank you Lord that you exist, we love you!! I was inspired to post also this song because it speaks about the power in the name of Jesus although different style of the song. Enjoy in His power and presence. Amen. REJOICE BECAUSE YOUR DELIVERANCE IS NEAR. JUST BELIEVE. WHATEVER IT IS. JESUS CAN DO ANYTHING BECAUSE HE IS THE KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD OF LORDS. Spiritual growth (3) Wednesday 28th November 2018 'Before you were born I set you apart.' Jeremiah 1:5 NIV When we start criticising our spiritual progress, we can hinder our spiritual growth. It can be tempting to focus on how far we've got left to go or how we fall short, rather than the progress we've made. It's true that we all have more progress to make in our spiritual lives, but what's also true is that we're loved and accepted by God just as we are right now. The Bible says that we're 'no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God's people and also members of his household' (Ephesians 2:19 NIV). As members of his household, we belong, regardless of how spiritually mature we are. When we remember who we...
The translation is in croatian, but they speak in english....I hope you will be inspired by this story.....Just click on the video.... Luke 21 King James Version (KJV) 21 And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury. 2 And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites. 3 And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all: 4 For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.
Spiritual growth (2) Tuesday 27th November 2018 'When we grew up, we quit our childish ways.' 1 Corinthians 13:11 CEV We all know people who appear to have it all together spiritually, who are always prepared to serve, have all the right words, are super connected to God, and are willing to pray for anyone. If we compare ourselves to them, it can make us feel 'less than' or not good enough. Comparison is dangerous, and totally unhealthy. The truth is that we're all maturing spiritually, just at different rates. There are lots of things that may affect the speed we're maturing at. God may be taking us at a slower pace, or we may have to face things that mean we mature quicker. Maybe there are areas we need time to work through...
