Our life on earth has been given to us to praise, honor and glorify the Lord till He call us home to heaven. Life is an opportunity to share Jesus with others and make sure they get saved and on thieir way to heaven. Life is a beautiful thing given to us love others just as Jesus loved us. Life is a challenge to life holy and pure before the Lord. To overcome sin and evil and live for the glory of God the Father. Love what Paul said to the Philippians. For me to live is Christ and to die is gain. Phil 1.21

Isaiah 40:8 NKJV Here are some more promises from the Bible to encourage us in difficult times: (1) 'You have made...the Most High your protector, and so no disaster will strike you, no violence will come near your home. God will put his angels in charge of you to protect you wherever you go' (Psalm 91:9-11 GNT). (2) 'The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them' (Psalm 34:7 NIV). (3) 'I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed' (Psalm 57:1 NIV). (4) 'The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit' (Psalm 34:18 NIV). (5) 'The...
Miracles happen when we bow down before the Lord in worship, in adoration, in praise to Him who has given us wisdom that comes from His holy presence. Only one name needs to be lifted up. That name is Jesus. name above allnames. There is something about that name. He healed lepers, opened the eyes of the blind. Cast out demons out of people who suffered all their life. Precious Jesus, we come to You to love You to thank You to say. You are my Rock and my fortress. To whom shall we go??? You have the words of eternal life. You o Lord is what we need. When trouble comes, when satan sends all kinds of depression, stress, worry and fear.. then we all need You more than ever before. What pastors need to do today are these...
One thing I've come to see from experience is that nowadays,as opposed to the past{probably because in the last days the unsaveds true nature will come out} is that the old Biblical instruction to "train up a child in the way he should go, and when he gets old, he will not depart from it."Also,"spare the rod, spoil the child.,is no longer practiced."What I see from personal experience is the opposite attitude, the kid does something wrong to someone, and if the offended adult remarks to the parent, the reply is,he's "just a kid".Yeah. But the problem is, if the parents don't teach them right from wrong, the kid will grow up thinking everything is okay, and disrespect others because the parents never taught them right from wrong. It's also...
Promises for challenging times (2) Tuesday 30th October 2018 'The word of our God stands forever.' Isaiah 40:8 NKJV Ready for more of God's amazing promises? (1) 'Let all those rejoice who put their trust in you...because you defend them' (Psalm 5:11 NKJV). (2) 'The eternal God is your refuge... He drives out the enemy before you' (Deuteronomy 33:27 NLT). (3) 'The Lord is good, giving protection in times of trouble. He knows who trusts in him' (Nahum 1:7 NCV). (4) 'Don't be afraid, for I am with you...I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand' (Isaiah 41:10 NLT). (5) 'You protect them by your presence from what people plan against them. You shelter them from evil words' (Psalm 31:20...
Jesus loves those who come to Him. He said. Come unto Me and I will give you rest. Those full of depression, worry, fear and full of stress are coming to the Lord. So, what should we do when we see lost souls coming to our church???? 1. Smile, everyone loves people who smile, are happy and joyful in the Lord. 2. Have a welcome spirit within you. Jesus never ever rejected anyone. He welcomes children, women and anyone who would come to Him just as they are. 3. Make eye contact just as Jesus did to Bartimeus, a blind man who cried out to be healed. Jesus saw him and asked. What should I do for you? That I would see. 4. Do not ever ask anyone. Are you new? Just welcome them and treat them a your very own. Jesus...
Satans tactics today is to show us that gambling is nice, rich and powerful. That is not so. It is full of materialism, greed, reliance on chance rather than on God. It is addictive and seeks to gain from the loss of others. Gambling is a sin before the Lord. 1. Gambling can arouse a destructive love of money rather than God. 2 Greed will lead you to a destrctive addiction to get more money without any effort at all. 3. Gamblers rely on luck rather than trusting on Gods blessings on their life. 4. It promotes a desire to get something for nothing. 5. It makes people lazy and expects money coming from their gambling habits. Let us all remember what Jesus said.... No servant can serve two masters, either he will hate the...
Clean your spiritual lens Sunday 28th October 2018 'Be clean, you who bear the vessels of the Lord.' Isaiah 52:11 NKJV We need to clean our glasses, windows and windscreens regularly in order to see out of them clearly. And the same is true for our 'spiritual lenses'. The lenses we're looking through determine what we see, and how we see it. When we look through the lens of envy, we lose sight of our blessings. When we look through the lens of judgement, we speak and act without mercy and grace. When we look through the lens of fear and unbelief, we limit God and don't experience everything he has for us. When we look through the lens of selfishness, we put ourselves first and our loved ones suffer. When we look through the lens of...
