Guidance (1) Monday 3rd December 2018 'Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.' Psalm 119:105 NIV When we have decisions to make it may feel like we're stumbling in the dark. We can be unsure of which path to take. And when these decisions are life-changing, the pressure seems even worse. What we need is God's light to see the way forward. The Psalmist wrote, 'Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path' (Psalm 119:105 NIV). Without a regular intake of God's Word, we'll be 'in the dark' as to what's best for us and the direction our lives should go. So we need to make sure we turn to his Word first, rather than as our last resort. And when God uses scripture to guide us, we can be sure that what he says to...
God is supposed to have defeated the devil, and have more power than him, but if this is so I have a question about a certain thing happening in my life, and maybe some of you. God hears my pleas, I get a victory, BUT THEN soon afterward, the devil fights back and steals the victory, or taints it so it's not such a complete victory. And lately, I've been on this "see-saw' a lot. Same pattern--I get the victory,it gets stolen from me , I get another victory, that's stolen, and so on, so that in my life, it seems that God and the devil are running about even. Now the question for me becomes, if God is so much more powerful than the devil, how is he able to steal our victories from us?Can't he defeat him COMPLETELY?Why the tied score?Has...
Who will deny that true religion consists on loving the Lord with all our heart, mind and soul and loving others just as Jesus loved us. Remember that religions of the world will never save anyone. Jesus alone will. Come to Me and be saved... Jesus said. I am the Door in which to enter heaven. All Christians should take this to heart. Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this. To visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world. James 1.27
What do you love so much to hurt me in order to experience the thing that you want? What hurts you so much that you feel you have to hurt me in order to heal it? Very profound questions from Neale Donald Walsh who sais that UNDERSTANDING is even more profound that FORGIVENESS. My observation: forgiveness is done on the Cross, it is finished, so its like you dont have to even forgive, but to understand. You have little children that do stupid things (like 3 years old) and you will not tell them I FORGIVE YOU but you will UNDERSTAND. The child is not able to understand your words i forgive you, also is useless to him. You will even comfort the child because sometimes they are instinctively afraid that they have done something wrong...

Do something Sunday 2nd December 2018 'Treat others as you want them to treat you.' Matthew 7:12 CEV The Bible often tells us to put others first, showing them compassion, care and love. Jesus sums it up in a single sentence: 'Treat others as you want them to treat you' (Matthew 7:12 CEV). We can find a similar phrase in other religions and cultures around the world, but these are usually worded passively, along the lines of 'Don't do to others what you wouldn't like done to yourself' or 'Don't do to something to another person that you would find hurtful'. It's only a small difference, but it means so much. It's much harder to actively do something than to passively not do something. If Jesus had also worded it passively, all...
