its my heart's desire to know God's will for my life and for His Kingdom. So, keep on praying each day. From my little experience with God, I have seen the way He blesses many people as we work for His Kingdom. One day, a friend of mine asked me, what is God's desire for my life? It just happened in September, that all of a sudden, my mobile phone was damaged,my son got drunk badly than ever many days, I was disconnected with every one. I thought, if this is His desires for me at this time, I will joyfully accept this situation. At the same time, I was struggling with my son situation for more than two weeks. Gracious God delivered my son in His way. At last my son has made commitment with God and surrendered after much encountered...
**Thankful in the Midst of Suffering** In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18(KJV) The Bible encourages us to always be thankful. That’s easy when God answers prayer and delivers us from problems. But it isn’t always easy when things go wrong. So how can we remain thankful in the midst of suffering? We have two choices to make. The first is to praise God in spite of what’s going on in our lives. Or another way to say that is, in the midst of our troubles and hardships, we can rejoice over the things that are not wrong in our lives. The second choice is to ask, “God, what can I learn from this? What do You want to teach me through this so that I may be closer to...
Fear of: Rejection Tuesday 13th November 2018 'The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.' Hebrews 13:6 NIV When we are insecure in our identity, we are prone to fear rejection. Because deep down we believe we're unacceptable, we try to prove our worth through our actions. Sometimes this extends to our relationship with God as well. But we don't need to let the fear of rejection control us. It's true that we'll all face rejection to some degree in this world, but we can be confident that we're already accepted by God. We don't have to look a certain way or do certain things to earn his approval. 'The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart' (1...
Mathew 7 v 3 "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? John 21 v 22 Jesus answered, "If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you? You must follow me."
Fear of: Crisis Sunday 11th November 2018 'Do not fear, for I am with you.' Isaiah 41:10 NIV Whether it's illness, grief, a broken heart, financial ruin or something else, each of us would want to be spared from these difficult things of life. The popular phrase goes, 'we need the bad times to appreciate the good,' and that's true to a point, but most of us would prefer to only experience the good. We can live in dread that something terrible is going to happen, or constantly avoid situations and people that could cause hurt. But that's no way for us to live. God doesn't promise that our lives will be only full of good things, but he does promise that he'll never leave us. There's nothing that could happen to us that we'd have to...
Thank God for your salvation Saturday 10th November 2018 'You have been taught the holy Scriptures from childhood.' 2 Timothy 3:15 NLT Not everyone who follows Jesus was brought up in a Christian household; many people meet Jesus later in life. Some have always lived in a Christian home, with a family who've taught them about God's Word, read Bible stories to them, and taken them to church. (God rejoices over every single person who turns to him, regardless of the 'when'.) It's an amazing gift to be introduced to God when we're very young, but there is a chance we could take it for granted if it's always been part of our lives. We might lose our enthusiasm for God, feel we want to rebel in some way, or become tempted by other...
"The pathway of peace they know not, and there is no justice in their courses. They have made their roads crooked; NO ONE WHO WALKS IN THEM WILL KNOW PEACE." Heavenly FATHER, though great intercession has been made on his behalf, and even greater mercy has he been shown; still, there is no judgement in his goings. He has made his way crooked. In the midst of a cloud of witnesses, those who have followed in his path have known no peace. Even those of his own party have subjected themselves to insult, redicule, assault, termination, "resignation," indictment, and even imprisonment. For the good of this nation, it is in shaking the dust of my feet that I place this leader in the righteous hands of the living God. "PRIDE GOES BEFORE...
