```markdown "Hand to the plow" So many, especially from the pulpit, have scorned me, through scripture, accusing me of being wicked because, in their opinion, I am not providing for my family. Yet and still, others, even as they themselves, preferring their families, run back to Egypt, seek to use this scripture to shift blame. While our opinions may sometimes be valid, the instructional Word of God supersedes all human understanding. Proper context: This is what Jesus said, within the context of family, to those who are called to follow Him. Luke 9:61-62 Still another said, "I will follow you, Lord; but first let me go back and say goodbye to my family." Jesus replied, "No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for...
Love Him, praise Him, adore Him wherever you are. Jesus went out His way and healed lepers, gave sight to blind, the lame walked, delivered possessed people from devils oppression. Great is the Lord and worthy of glory. He alone is the best doctor we can have on earth. Great is the Lord now lift up your voice, great is the Lord. Let us all rejoice in Him alone. He has come to heal our wounds, to take away all fears and tremblings coming out from the depths of our soul. Call on the Lord who worthy of all praise. Call on Him when you are full of pain and sorrow. He will take every thing that bothers you away and will bless your life. When those nights I lie awake. I think on what Jesus did for all of us. Taking away all our diseases and...
```html LACK OF UNDERSTANDING (and the foolishness thereof) I wanted to wait until after Christmas to speak on this subject. But because I recognize it as behavior based on the ill-advice of someone at the shelter from whence I was cast, I simply cannot bear witness as so many approach this season of Christ with such lack of understanding and irreverence. Does my frustration sometimes show? Of course it does; for which I repent and seek to do better. Jesus has never instructed anyone in the following behavior, for none of it is born of love. Moreover, to engage in it is an affront to the CHRIST we claim to know: Turning your back on even one of "the least of these." Matthew 25:40 And the King will make answer and say to them, Truly...
On this eve of CHRISTmas eve, as I bask in the glow of the sun, which only the Son can provide, I am reminded of His awesome wonder. Certainly He was subjected to accusation, mockery, torment, and even suffered a sinners grave: Did any of that foolishness render Him guilty? Nor will such atrocious behavior convict His disciples, whom He prophesied would suffer much of the same. Amen. BEAUTIFUL YOU ARE Thank You LORD for your Righteous judgement. Another translation; yet, the instruction remains the same: Isaiah 58:1 Make a loud cry, do not be quiet, let your voice be sounding like a horn, and make clear to my people their evil doings, and to the family of Jacob their sins. REPENT TURN YOUR BACKS ON YOUR REBELLION ❤ .
Jesus want us all happy and healthy during the holidays and in the future. With new viruses coming around we must avoid large gatherings. They are not safe even with those fully vaccinated with a booster shot. We want to thank God for life, for what we have right now but we must take good care of our own bodies. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit. We must thank God there are doctors and nurses warning us of what we should do to protect ourselves from getting anything that will harm our life. Close your eyes and say thank you Lord Jesus. For giving life. For protecting me from all kinds of viruses. You healed lepers. Gave sight to the blind. The lame walked. Deliverance from oppression came from You. We love You Lord today. We will...
What is the meaning of Christmas? Christmas is about celebrating the birth of Christ. And we celebrate His birth because of what He came to do. 1. To Do the Will of the Father “For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me.” John 6:38 “Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come to do your will, O God, as it is written of me in the scroll of the book.’” Hebrews 10:7 2. To Save Sinners “The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost.” 1 Timothy 1:15 “for then he would have had to suffer repeatedly since the foundation of the world. But as it is, he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to put...
He has done great things for us. He has come to this world to save us from burning up in hell and from delivery from sin and evil. Yes, we are not what we ought to be before the Lord. He said. Be ye holy like My Father who is in heaven, He is holy. Let us all hear and obey His voice and when He comes to you in the middle of the night, wake up and start praising and glorifying the Lord in song. Majesty, Worship His majesty, Unto Jesus be, All gloory honor and praise. Majesty, Kingdom authority. Flows from His throne, Unto His own. His anthem raise. Our God is mighty and full of mercy on those who come to Him. Those who seek Him early in the morning will continually receive blessings upon blessings in their life. The...
Psalm 128..... Happy are all who fear the Lord, who walk in the ways of God. What your hands provide you will enjoy; you will be happy and prosper: "like a fruitful vine your wife within your home, like all of the plants your children around your table just so will they be blessed who fear the Lord. May the Lord bless you from Zion, all the days of your life. That you may share Jerusalem's and live to see your children's children. Peace upon Israel!
