Stress and tears and anxiety over a situation

I’m struggling. I’m dealing with something in my life that is causing me a lot of stress, anxiety and tears. It’s causing me to wake up at night, stressed. It’s causing me to cry numerous times during the day. It’s causing me a massively upset stomach due to the stress and anxiety. I know the Bible says to cast all your cares on him, which I am doing, but this situation is causing me a lot of doubt. Father in Jesus name please give me clarity. A person has taken practical/ honorable steps to resolve a matter that they’ve also prayed about. Each step taken has yielded oriole to no results.
