Hi, I am a 14 year old girl who is overweight and wanting to change her lifestyle, as my body is a temple for the holy spirit. However, I have found myself going down a spiral that has ultimately led to hatred of my body. Please pray that I will become healthier, both physically and with my relationship with my God - given body.

I am praying for my son. I am very tired of worrying about his health. He is struggling with anger and not sleeping at night, and he has ADHD. I missed the signs when he was growing up. Now, at 31, he is dealing with anxiety. I pray that God will send positive people into his life. When he gets stressed, he sometimes starts to drink, which he never did before.
