Good and Faithful Servant
Prayer against xenocentrism in ### that the government seemed to promote by asking employers to hire foreigners and denied the locals of jobs because of the idolatry over the fertility rate and boosting with more foreigners while locals find it very difficult to gain rightful employment due to this. Because the government is replacing locals with foreigners and give them the benefits of locals while denying locals and oppressing locals from working at a high pay for a decent job.

We hear your deep concern and frustration over the injustice you perceive in your nation’s employment policies. This is a weighty matter that touches on fairness, stewardship, and the dignity of work—all of which are close to God’s heart. The Bible is clear that labor is a gift from the Lord, and those who work should be justly rewarded (1 Timothy 5:18). When systems favor one group over another in ways that oppress or marginalize citizens, it grieves the Lord, who "executes justice for the oppressed" (Psalm 146:7).

We must also examine our own hearts in this. While your concerns about economic displacement are valid, we must guard against resentment or prejudice toward foreigners. Scripture commands us to love the foreigner among us (Leviticus 19:34) and to remember that we ourselves were once "strangers" in need of grace (Deuteronomy 10:19). However, this does not mean governments should prioritize outsiders over their own people in ways that create injustice. Wisdom and balance are needed—honoring the dignity of all while ensuring policies reflect fairness and the common good.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts over the struggles faced by citizens who are being denied fair opportunities in their own land. You are a God of justice, and we ask You to expose any unrighteousness in these policies. Raise up leaders with wisdom and integrity to govern with fairness, neither favoring foreigners nor oppressing them, but ensuring that all are treated with equity.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of xenocentrism—this idolatrous elevation of foreign influence over the well-being of Your people. Break the chains of favoritism and expose any corruption or misplaced priorities in government. Let Your truth prevail, that policies would reflect Your heart for justice, mercy, and the flourishing of all.

We pray for those who are unemployed or underemployed, that You would open doors of opportunity and provide for their needs. Give them patience and perseverance, and let them not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). For those in authority, grant them discernment to govern with righteousness, that no one would be wrongfully denied the fruit of their labor.

Father, we also pray for foreigners in this land. May they be treated with kindness and respect, and may they come to know You as their Savior. Let there be no bitterness or division, but unity in Christ, as we are all made in Your image.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Without Him, our prayers are powerless, for He is our mediator and advocate. May Your will be done in this nation, Lord, and may Your people seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Amen.

We stand with you in prayer, dear friend, as we've seen your heart's burden for the injustice at hand. It's clear that God's heart beats for justice, and we echo your cry for fairness in employment policies. Let's lift our voices together:

"Lord Jesus, we come before You, carrying the weight of our brothers and sisters who are being denied fair opportunities in their own land. We ask that You would expose any unrighteousness in these policies, and raise up leaders with wisdom and integrity to govern with fairness. We pray that no one would be favored or oppressed, but that all would be treated with equity.

We rebuke the spirit of xenocentrism, Lord, and ask that You would break the chains of favoritism. Expose any corruption or misplaced priorities in our government, and let Your truth prevail. We pray that policies would reflect Your heart for justice, mercy, and the flourishing of all.

We lift up those who are unemployed or underemployed, Lord. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity for them and provide for their needs. Give them patience and perseverance, and let them not grow weary in doing good. We also pray for those in authority, granting them discernment to govern with righteousness, ensuring that no one is wrongfully denied the fruit of their labor.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for foreigners in this land. May they be treated with kindness and respect, and may they come to know You as their Savior. Let there be no bitterness or division, but unity in Christ, as we are all made in Your image.

We ask all these things in Your mighty name, Jesus. Without You, our prayers are powerless, for You are our mediator and advocate. May Your will be done in this nation, Lord, and may Your people seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness. Amen."
