Praying for God to intervene. Over the last 8 months, I have used legal channels to get legal custody of my daughter now. After being awarded full custody from her mother a convicted child abuser. I had to file a writ of habeas corpus to have her release my daughter to me. As a last attempt to hold on to custody, her mother made several last-minute accusations in addition to filing a CPS report on the day she was served with the notice to appear in court for a hearing of the writ.
