Yes, I fell into lust again.

Your honesty before God is the right place to start, and it matters that you are bringing this into the light instead of hiding it. Feeling like a fool after falling does not make you beyond hope, and the heaviness you feel is something many who have walked with God have known.

It helps to understand what temptation is. Temptation itself is not the sin. Every person faces it, and even Jesus was tempted, yet without sin. Temptation is any pull that would draw you to react according to the flesh instead of the Spirit, often with the promise that you can have something right now if you will just step off God's path for a moment. The sin comes when desire is allowed to conceive and you choose to follow that pull.

Scripture describes the world in terms of three basic allurements, the craving of the flesh, the craving of the eyes, and pride over life. Every solicitation to evil falls somewhere in those three. God does not solicit you to evil, that pull comes from the enemy and from the flesh, but God does allow testing, and that testing is common to all people. When your faith is tested, and you learn to wait on God rather than grasp for immediate fulfillment, patience is being formed in you. That patience is greatly needed, because so much failure comes from not waiting.

You asked if you are free because of Jesus, and if He will save you. The answer of the gospel is yes, salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, by what He finished on the cross when He took your guilt upon Himself and died in your place. He cried it is finished because the work of redemption is complete. Where sin abounded, grace abounded far more. That does not mean we should keep living in sin so grace may increase. The response to that idea is God forbid. How can we who have died to sin continue to live in it. In Christ you have died to the old life and your life is now hidden with Him. You have been crucified with Christ and raised to walk in newness of life, which means you do not have to be mastered by the flesh any longer, even though the temptation will still come and you will still have to choose each time whether to walk according to the flesh or according to the Spirit.

You have not learned nothing. You have learned again that the flesh cannot be trusted and that you need a different strength. Jesus faced temptation with far greater intensity than any of us, and we often fall long before that intensity, but He shows the way to stand, which is by the Word of God in the heart. When He was tempted in those same three areas, He answered with what is written. Hiding Scripture in your heart gives you something to answer the pull with in the moment, not just regret afterward.

There is also the matter of guilt. Trying to cover, excuse, or justify what happened keeps the guilt before you. You cannot hide it from yourself, and you cannot run from it. Forgiveness does not come through justifying yourself, it comes through acknowledging and confessing your transgression to God. When you do that, God does not give you partial pardon. It is His glory to pardon abundantly. Though your sins are as scarlet, He makes them white as snow. When He forgives, it is total and complete, not the incomplete forgiveness we often expect from people. Many people carry a sense of guilt that makes them feel they must punish themselves before they can feel clean, but nothing removes that weight like coming honestly to God, confessing, and receiving the cleansing He has already provided through His Son.

So bring this specific fall to Him now, in plain confession, believing that He has already made the just basis for your forgiveness by placing your sin on Jesus. Ask Him to forgive you and to cleanse you, and believe He does it. Then make the deliberate choice that Scripture calls you to, to reckon yourself dead to that old pull and alive to God in Christ, and to walk by the Spirit in the next moment of choice. Fill your mind with the Word so you have it ready when the eyes are tempted to linger.

You are young and you feel as if lust is following you everywhere and that everything you see triggers you. That struggle is real, but it does not mean you are abandoned or that Jesus will not save you. He does save all who come to Him by faith, and He keeps working in those He saves to set them free not only in position but in practice, one choice at a time. Do not harden your heart when you hear His voice calling you back today. Turn to Him, receive His complete forgiveness, and ask Him to teach you to walk in the Spirit rather than fulfilling the desires of the flesh.

It's one thing falling into lust and doing the act, it's a different story if I fall into a sin spiral (doing it everyday) please pray for me not to go back to that, I love Jesus but I'm not thankful for him enough.
